Bay Bridge Inn

Stayed here with a group of friends after a long flight from the UK. No complaints. Comfortable quiet nice. Clean for the night to stop over and see San Fran.

The managers work really hard to create a clean, quiet and safe place to stay. Centrally located. The rooms are small, but I had everything I needed, including a mini-frig and microwave. Super friendly and helpful staff. This will now be my first choice when on business in the Bay Area.

It’s not bad the rooms are clean, and I really appreciated the little touches from housekeeping, like folding the end of the toilet paper into a diamond or shaping the tissue into a rose. The housekeeping crew is a 1000% highlight. What I didn’t like, though, was that plugging in the iron would trip a fuse and shut everything off.

It was surprisingly quiet here at this inn. 🏨 The rooms needed more work done to make them look professional though. We were in 207 and the trim was all over the place not properly put on. The sink didn’t drain properly.

I mean, its a motel so you get what you get. Staff was very nice. Room was clean. Coffee is terrible, coffee maker leaked.

It's not a luxury hotel, but it's a fairly priced and affordable hotel that's clean with a professional staff. I wouldn't say the staff is warm and friendly, but they are professional and responsible. My biggest complaint is that the wifi is weak. Thankfully, they let me move rooms to be closer to the main wifi router, but even after moving, the wifi was still too weak for a Zoom call. Thus, I had to do a Zoom call standing up for an hour in a corner of the small lobby, where the wifi was strongest. The parking lot is small with only a few parking spaces; after parking my car, I took Uber/Lyft around town to avoid losing my parking space. The TV in my room was unplugged from the cable/DirecTV - I'm guessing the previous guest unplugged the TV to plug in an Apple TV, Roku, XBox, etc. - but the front desk clerk happily reconnected the TV for me. I believe the hotel uses cheap mattresses, but I was able to sleep fine. The bathrooms are small but sufficient and clean. I would stay here again if I'm looking for a bargain in San Francisco. If you like to be really warm at night, bring an extra blanket!
