Sheraton Edison

Travel to Edison for work on a regular basis and always stay here. The staff is warm and welcoming. Maggie at the bar is wonderful and remembers us every time we visit. Carlos at the lounge has been there for years and always makes you feel extra welcome and goes the extra mile to ensure we are comfortable and enjoy breakfast. Thanks!

It was amazing stay with them. We enjoy each and every moment. The ambience of the hotel was incredible. Staff very nice polite and welcoming. Highly recommended. Area was very pleasant. Every service was excellent 👍👍👌👌✨✨

Room was non smoking did smell like smoke when I first came in. Stated that they had a pool no notifications it was closed for winter even though it was indoors. Walls are extremely thin heard multiple conversations from room next to ours. Very nice setup in the room service was good and timely.

I loved staying at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the waiters at the breakfast buffet. I had a great time. The rooms were clean, the lobby furniture was very comfortable. I actually got some work done on my computer while sitting on one of the sofas. The complimentary parking is an added bonus. The prices are fair. Definitely a place I would stay at again.

Rooms were decent. Lost 1 Star for the tipsy table and for the teeny fridge (maybe 6" deep?). Rachandra (spelling?) at the front desk was super helpful and appreciated. Mo, who seemed to be working at all times ferried people to and from the Expo center. Elevators sucked. They were slow to arrive, passed floors on some occasions and opened at every [empty] floor on other occasions. 1 Star list because the night parking was pretty bad. I understand there was an event/party going on, but a lot of the spaces on the back side of the building were "reserved" and there were no nearby lots for the overflow. I saw one truck being towed due to its choice of parking, "spot" and I wonder how many vehicles were towed over the weekend(?)

My husband and I had an anniversary party to attend to so we stayed at the Sheridan Edison. The room next to us had a bunch of kids that were noisy and loud and slamming doors until 4 o’clock in the morning. We called the front desk twice, but they still continued to be loud and obnoxious. We are so disappointed and exhausted. If other guests are ruining it for other guests that pay the same amount of money then they should be removed from the hotel. Never stay here again. We would tell by the front desk that they couldn’t do anything except go up and tell them to be quiet. Security should’ve told whoever was in the room with a bunch of other people to leave and shut it down and that did not happen. We actually left that hotel and went and stayed in another hotel. We are trying to get a refund for the two extra nights we paid for. The hotel itself was nice, but unfortunately, the other guests ruined it for us. The hotel did give us a free breakfast, which in my opinion did not make up for the sleepless night.

Booked this hotel from a list of 3 to choose from. After booking, tried the number for shuttle service from the airport. Telephone number does not work as it says it's invalid. After searching for a valid number, went back to terminal to get a taxi voucher. We finally arrived 2 hours after receiving the credit. Rooms are nice. The check in host was nice. Latest shuttle back to airport is 1230 Can use airport voucher to purchase market food. Must use the entire credit as no change is given. Bed is comfortable. Rooms and hallway smell ok. Room has a tub which is a nice feature.
