Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville Beachfront

I hosted a conference at the hotel and everything was 5 star! Last year I hosted a summit at a very large chain in SC and they didn’t treat us nearly as great as the Four Points! The rooms are fantastic - all ocean front. Everyone was raving about the food! The Four Points chef outdid himself. The staff were so accommodating and the location is perfect. I know the hotel does a lot of weddings, but if anyone is looking for a conference space for about 50-60 people - this place would work great! I hope to be back soon! Thank you Four Points!

I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Jacksonville Beach, Florida this weekend for a business retreat, and the experience was truly wonderful from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided the perfect environment to focus during the day and fully relax at night. The bedding was excellent and made for a great night’s rest after full retreat days. The hospitality really stood out. The gentleman who checked me in was incredibly sweet and welcoming, setting the tone for a pleasant stay right away. And I must give special recognition to the chef, she was phenomenal. The omelet she made was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. You can tell she takes pride in her work. The afternoon cookie surprise was such a thoughtful and delightful touch and truly made my day during the retreat. Between the warm service, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional food, this hotel was an ideal choice for a business retreat. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and thoughtful hospitality.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! My team and I had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout the week.||The location could not have been better—just steps from the beach! Every room offered a stunning view of the ocean, which made waking up each morning a real treat. My family had an emergency and we needed a room quickly and they were able to accommodate all our needs. The rooms were clean and spacious. We woke up to the sunrise on the beach and fell asleep to thr waves of the ocean. It was also close to very pretty kid friendly Christmas Lights. All the staff were very friendly, from Maria at the front desk, to Crystal at breakfast, and the chef Hannah made an amazing omelet full of delicious veggies. The staff is wonderful! I had to work remotely as well and the internet was speedy and the lobby was quite and clean to work in. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

It would be lovely, if it wasn’t for the unending noise. We booked a room with the view of the ocean and it’s quite nice. But make sure to ask if they are still under renovation before booking this hotel! We are there currently and the noise is unbearable. Our room sounds like there is a jackhammer above it, for hours throughout the day. My husband needed to work a few hours today in our room and I wanted to have an afternoon nap before heading out for the evening. Impossible! And they let us know via email yesterday the there were renovations happening on site. The day before our arrival! Had we known further in advance, we would certainly have chosen a different spot to stay.

I was here for only one night with my wife and daughter. My wife was running the marathon and this hotel was literally a stone throw from the start/finish line. The service at this hotel was amazing. The front desk so extremely helpful. Everything from calling to confirm details about my booking to calling and asking for a late checkout. Even when I was here, stopping by the front desk to ask a question was wicked simple. The room was nice. See pictures. Sorry for the messiness. But this is an "executive suite" and overall it did not disappoint. It was very roomy. The first room has a pull out couch with desk and TV. Nice and roomy. The next room separated by a door the main bedroom with a nice size bed, chair and room to place bags. There were a few hiccups. The TV in the master bedroom showed live TV but you couldn't login to streaming services. The elevator was wicked slow, but the hotel was under refurbishment so that might have been the cause. One thing that did stand out and was a bit of a hassle is the A/C system. It sounds like an aircraft taking off as it resets temp. It was quite cloud and a little annoying. Oh well. It was a "cold weekend" so maybe the heat kicked on and off more than it should have but alas, a bit annoying. The location, right off the beach is awesome. And if this was summer time it would be awesome to access the beach directly from the hotel. Super convenient!!!
