Not a bad place to stay. Relatively worth the money (for the moment anyway, we’re on day 2 of 4.) I was highly skeptical of sharing an Inn with other people but we don’t have many other guests staying with us, so the noise is low and the place is clean. Mattresses leave something to be desired, they’re a bit hard and low to the ground but serviceable. I think they could use extra pillows as well. The room I got has its own bathroom in the room, not sure what the other rooms and bathrooms are like. There is no tub in the bathroom, the shower has a tiny step instead of a high wall so water leaks out onto the floor sometimes. Not a big deal but annoying. The kitchen is nice, the machines seem to be kept (mostly) clean between stays. I had to go buy half & half for my coffee, though. Food options aren’t that expansive, I bought some stuff to prepare light meals. Other than that, like the room, like the common areas, and I like the outside space. TVs are Roku TVs so you don’t have to worry about watching cable or something. Rooms also have their own microwave and mini fridge so you don’t have to go into the kitchen if you really don’t want to. Overall I’d recommend it if you’re gonna be here short term. Haven’t seen any bugs or mold or anything of that sort so that’s a big plus!

It was a little odd. Did not realize there was no private bathroom. We were lucky as no one else was there. We also froze during the night as the air conditioning in the main living area was set at 67 degrees. Then we found it could be adjusted at about 4 am. Have to say the place was nice and clean and comfortable otherwise and the price was very good.

A wonderful house to stay in with a lovely ambiance that's quiet and welcoming at the same time. Very clean with a unique and beautiful style that's pleasing to the eye. The bedroom is large enough for 2 people, children are not allowed, which was appealing to myself and my husband since we were there for one night and wanted quiet. We were provided 2 bathrobes, a safe, clothing rack, and hangers for our clothes which was very nice. The bathroom had a large shower with an amazing showerhead and plenty of towels along with mounted soaps for your body/hair/conditioner. Two toothbrushes, toothpaste, an ample amount of towels, and even a dryer & vanity mirror were supplied. Essentially guests want for nothing. The lamps were gorgeous; similar to Edison bulbs that you could dim, along with comfy pillows on a bed for 2. The kitchen was in the middle of the house, though only there for snacks, but it made sense because you wouldn't want to disturb the other guests. The patio was lovely and led to a large backyard with a BBQ and fireplace (there's an indoor one in the living room, should you so choose) with plenty of seating provided. Sadly between the weather and time constraints, we did not get to partake in it, but hopefully, on a subsequent trip, we can. Overall I'd rate 10/10 for anyone, especially one looking for quiet and in a beautiful, clean, well-kept home.

First of all I'm not a big review guy but this house and especially it's owner got my attention so It'd be a pity to not share my mind. It's a great place to stay at when you're in Jacksonville. Big kitchen, nice bedrooms and even better living room. The house is located in a quiet area. To mention is the great service by the owner himself. There was a problem with the AC in the night which made sleeping difficult. I texted Rossevelt Inn in the night via WhatsApp and he reacted immediately and told me not worry and called a company to fix the issue in the morning. It was done very fast on the day so we had a cooled house again which was a blessing. As a compensation he even offered me money to stay at another place which I declined because it wasn't his fault and these things sometimes just happen. He insested to wash my laundry instead for free which was very attentive so I accepted that. In his words it was the least he could do for me. So overall it's the place to stay at when beeing in Jacksonville. It's a short drive to shopping areas the beach, the airport, the city centre and so on. So in short: Thank you very much for making my stay in Jacksonville unforgettable.

There is no score high enough. Blow away by the attention to detail. The care show by Mr. Wolf himself exemplify his Bed & Breakfast. I will stay nowhere else when I am in Jaxs. No riff raff allowed, quiet clean. Other guests were just as respectful. Kinda like going to a best friends home for a quick stay. Amenities are all there for use. Modern decor and inviting. Safe and secure feeling. Mr. Wolf , you give hope to all travelers. May your rooms stay full. Except when I need a room....lol..

This is a good bang for your bucks! It's genius, they have converted a house into a mini extended stay type of set up. You have your living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and patio as the common areas, then you have number rooms with private bathrooms. They'll provide you a security code entry to the establishment and a security code for your room. My room and bathroom were clean and comfy. They even provided complimentary toiletries. You'll also get a tv that offers free live tv, but if you want more you have the option to provide your info for Netflix, Hulu, and others. My cons is tell the other guest to not leave their personal things unattended in the common areas and better parking set up to get in and out easily. All in all, I enjoyed my stay.
