We stayed in one of the CozySuites rentals for a recent trip to Indianapolis. To be honest, I was a little nervous prior to arrival, seeing some bad reviews after I had already booked our stay. Well, my worries were for naught. We had a wonderful experience with CozySuites. The communication from them was great and quick, even when I was sending questions after 10:30 at night. They sent me messages to make sure I got checked in ok, the next morning to make sure everything was to my satisfaction, and again prior to checking out. The instructions for checking in were clearly explained in an email. The suite was clean, bright and comfortable. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of town - close to the capitol, restaurants and entertainment. It was an easy walk to Lucas Oil Stadium. We will definitely stay with them again, if we come to Indianapolis.

Location was perfect for what we went for. Upon arriving we didn't receive a check in email, had to call twice to get it. While doing that it seemed like whomever we spoke with didn't know about our reservation. Place said it slept four people, but only towels for two and half a roll of toilet paper with once replacement. Would think again before booking.

Great communication , clean , amenities, location …should I go on? If you wanna see Indy, this is a place to go. You’re around everything, you can walk everywhere and the place is so clean and well-maintained. Very nice people. Highly recommend.

The location at the Notch was great, in the middle of everything. I was sent the wrong code to get into the unit door and could not reach the person with the correct code for over an hour. The unit was very spacious and nicely appointed. Although new, the main bathroom was already showing signs of wear from standard equipment.

Such an awesome place to stay right in the best part of the city! We will definitely be back. Only took one star off the room because the couch was not very comfortable for two! Everything else was perfect! Maybe throw a love seat in there!

I stayed at Unit 460, in Artistry Cincy. The suite was love at first sight! I was absolutely blown away the moment I walked in. It had everything one could possibly need: a fully equipped bathroom, an in-suite washing machine and dryer (complete with laundry products, iron, and ironing board), and a wonderfully functional kitchen. The kitchen came with all the essentials: refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, pots, pans, colander, dishes, trays, utensils, and even a full knife set with chopping board. Truly impressive attention to detail! The living space was spacious and beautifully designed, featuring a walk-in closet and even a private balcony. The smart TV offered both live and on-demand entertainment options, making it easy to relax after a long day. I've never stayed in a rental this thoughtfully equipped. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. If I had to mention one potential downside, it's that everything is managed online. There's no on-site staff available around the clock, so if you need assistance or get a bit lost, you'll need to reach out via phone or email. That said, the Artistry Cincy leasing office staff are available during business hours and are quite helpful. A special shoutout to April from Cozysuites customer care, she was phenomenal! Every time I called, she picked up right away and handled my questions with such kindness, patience, and professionalism. Thanks to her, the experience was smooth from start to finish. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely try their other properties in the future. Highly recommended!

Every City has its good and not so good about it. I have come across some wonderful human beings during my short time here thus far, and then I have come across some not so good human beings as well (like anywhere else). I am not perfect, nobody is. What I will say is that this is absolutely not the City I was hoping that it would be. Downtown is a mess, dirty, and in my honest opinion, I felt less comfortable in this City than I had during my 6 1/2 years living in Chicagoland (IL) and my 47 years living in Boston-land (MA). I heard that the City officials and communities have been trying to "fix and improve" Indianapolis and the surrounding communities. This is never an easy task, no matter what City we are talking about. I am sorry to say that based on my time and observations while here that I myself won't consider living in this area'; and as far as vacationers go, there are much more appealing places to vacation. Oh yeah, as far as Cozi Suites goes, RUN AWAY FAST! Worst experience ever. I also came into contact with another one of Cozi Suites new customers while checking into the Grid, who also was having a horrific experience. $2K per month for a studio in Indy is a complete joke. I paid this in Chicago. Indy is NOT a Chicago. You don't improve your community by setting a rate to live there that says, "we have high value and are worth it". Value is developed and set by what you offer and deliver and how you deliver it. I commend those who contribute to trying to make positive progress here. Hmm
