My room and bathroom was not clean. The bedding was clean. The room served it's purpose.. I have issues with the fact that my room was on the fourth floor and the elevators do not work.. I. Am almost 70 years old. Couple of times I didn't expect to make it back ty room I thought I was going to be found dead in that stairwell.. if I stay there again some day I will not let them put me on the fourth floor

Positive: "" Negative: We didn?t get the handicap room we booked. Instead we got a room with 2 beds instead of one king bed. There were roaches.in the room. There were no towels soap cups trash bags etc in the room we had to get it from the front desk.

I generally try not to stay a cheaper hotel's but did for this trip. This has been the worst I've ever had... not clean. I had to switch me 3 times because AC didn't work. One didn't have a TV. The one I ended up in hadn't been cleaned. Old used soap around no new soap or shampoo.

The first room they put me in had burnt stuff on the covers they had two busted TVs already in the room I went to the front desk to tell the lady she ask me did I do or did it just happen, floors falling apart, rim around the floor in my second room they moved me to you could see the bricks and concrete tv ain’t work no cable I don’t recommend nobody to stay there unless you really don’t have no where to go. A couple years ago this was one of the best hotels to be at now they need to shut em down

This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stepped foot on the property of. Traveling across the country multiple times: Alaska through Canada to Texas and Texas to PA and back, I have never experienced a worse property. It is set in a bad neighborhood. Looking at it from the outside this place looks like it should be condemned, with broken windows, it looked like there was black mold all over the exterior walls, old yellowing insulation around some of the windows. You could also see the curtains broken and even out of a window. We should have drove away right then, but it was late and we were tired. When I got in the building, the lady didn't speak to me except for the room number and that the elevator was broken. so my husband, 2 kids and I had to climb 4 flights of stairs with our luggage. There is graffiti everywhere. The floors look like they have never been cleaned. Every floor smelled like STRONG weed (skunk smell). There were leaks everywhere, including a trail of liquid halfway down the hall on the fourth floor. The fire hose door was broken with glass on the floor. When we got to the room, there was a small nasty garbage can by our door, outside of the room with things in the bottom in a black liquid substance. When we opened the door it was a VERY strong odor of bleach, like someone had just poured bleach on the floor. There were roaches crawling on the wall and by the bed there was feces smeared on the wall! My daughter opened the fridge and was horrified to see roaches and expired milk from January inside. I sat on the bed to book another hotel because I would not subject my family to this. I immediately booked at the sleep inn and prepared to leave when I felt things biting my legs and my wrists. We left immediately. I told the girl we were leaving, that there were roaches all over the room, something bit me and there was poo on the walls. She only said "ok". Thank God we were able to find another place at 9 pm. SAVE your life and never go here. Someone call the health department, code enforcement, someone. Negative stars.

I've booked plenty of budget hotels before, but this was the worst one I've ever been in. Photos don't do it justice, but I did not feel safe to stay, nor did I feel comfortable being in the room due to the dilapidation and lack of cleanliness.||My room was meant to be non-smoking, but the entire hotel stunk of cigarettes. When I got into the room, the floor was slimy feeling and there were mutliple loose panels on the floor, along with various burn marks and stains on the floor. There were loads of gnats and other bugs flying around inside the room. ||The walls were all beat up and stained and their was dirt all around various bits of the floor. ||There was a pubic hair on the bath tub, the duvet cover had cigarette burn holes and other stains..||I would not have slept in this bed and as soon as I checked in I tried to find reasons to keep me out of the room. I am only here for a 4 day business trip so I thought I could make it just to sleep, but after I got out of the room the thought of sleeping in the bed made me uncomfortable.||I booked through hotels.com so I called them to voice my dilemma as I've already paid, but as I had only just checked in I knew I couldn't stay. ||The one saving grace for the hotel is the clerk spike to the customer service agent I called, and they agreed to refund me if I returned my key and checked out which I promptly did. ||I am thankful as I found another room that was a bit more expensive but the cleanliness and quality is 10 fold better.||If you have no other choice and your money is limited, this is a cheap room, but I'd beware if possible and look elsewhere.

My husband and I booked a hotel room here with the dates of stay as follows: Jan. 24-Feb. 3, 2026. Upon arrival, my husband was given a room that was assigned to us. He goes in, and the room is absolutely filthy! Plus there was no sheets, blankets, or pillows on the bed at all. He goes to the front desk again and explains the issue, and is given another room. He goes to this room and there is no microwave, tv, or fridge. He goes back to the front desk and is given another room. He goes to this room and it's dirty, and it has no microwave. He goes back to the front desk and is given another room. He goes to this room and it's currently occupied by someone! He does this about two more times. Oh, also, the elevator is broken, so he's doing all this ripping and running while going up and down the steps. He finally gets a room and the heater doesn't work in the room. Ugh! So the maintenance worker ends up putting a heater on top of the end table next to the bed. At this point, it had to work. So we think... The days go on and more and more stuff keep happening. The outlets don't work all the way and the power kept going out on the appliances in the room. Housekeeping showed up not one time. We asked for towels and no one provided this to us for two days!!! So then we finally get the towels and then the power goes out in the bathroom. We let the front desk know and the "owner" or the "general manager" gave us another room to go into. We had to gather all of our belongings and move down the hall to another room for our last three nights. At least the new room had the heater working in there. The next day, after the move, my husband and I were just hanging out in the room, he was in the shower and I was on the bed. I hear a woman's voice from the front door say, "hello". So I got up and went to the front door, only to find the lady at the front desk at our door. She then questions me on my name, I tell her. She looks confused and I tell her that my husband's name is on the booking confirmation. She asks me his name, I tell her. Then she asks me why I'm in this room. I tell her the situation that happened that same day. She looks even more confused and tells me to tell my husband to come to the front desk. I tell her that he is in the shower and he will not be coming to the front desk. She says that she has to make sure that he's supposed to be in this room. My husband hears me talking to someone else and comes out of the bathroom now and I tell her that he's right here and he can tell her anything she wants to know which is exactly what I just told her. She sees him, shuts the door back, and leaves. I thought that was very disrespectful because not only did you just invade my privacy by just opening my room door but you also shut the door on my husband when that was who she just wanted to speak to. So I got dressed and went downstairs to finish the conversation on behalf of my husband. It was not our fault that whoever gave us the new room didn't allocate that in the hotel's booking system. So therefore, we did not need to do anything. What should have happened is she should have called whoever was there that morning to verify the move. Overall, I wouldn't dare go back to this place. The heat does not work at all. The elevators are down. The ceiling on the bottom floor leaks. They have roaches. The staircase smelled like piss and old dirty socks. The staff was unprofessional and housekeeping is a joke. The entire stay there, the fourth floor was never swept, mopped, nothing. I would have stayed somewhere else but I booked on booking.com and I am familiar with how things go as far as switching hotels in the middle of a stay while using a third-party website. This place needs to be shut down immediately. I have no idea why they're still in business. I've already let booking.com know about our experience and how they false advertise on their website about this place.
