Best Western Plus Milwaukee Airport Hotel & Conference Center

The floors need to be updated and the elevator needs to be repaired . The breakfast buffet was great but the food was just warm. The yogurt bar for topping should be better so that there is no cross-contamination with the nuts. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Beds were comfy. Yes there is an airport shuttle.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. They have an 8 foot deep pool that’s covered with a glass ceiling, it was beautiful to swim in. They also have a nice little hot tub. They called to check and see how we were liking our room about 30 minutes after we checked in, our bathroom door handle was a little broken but they offered to move us to a different room immediately. Their TV allows you to log into Netflix and such if you want to watch something other than cable. The beds are nice but they are extremely soft and the pillows are very thing and soft so they don’t offer much support if you have a bad back or anything. It’s near by a lot of restaurants and within like 2 miles of a Walgreens and Walmart. Only about a 15 minute drive to downtown Milwaukee.

Poor up keep, out dated. Toilets to short, and couldn't get it to shut off. Door keys kept deactivating, to the point of moving to different room. Swim area very cold maybe 62 degrees.had to ware warmer cloths after you came out. Roof leaking water dripping on us. We booked because said had bar restaurant in hotel but closed tell end of December. Management could of told us that when we asked, they said it was open liars.

Positive: Nice pool Negative: Staff are zero experience, door is too old to open, toilet is dirty.

Don't stay here!! This place is disgusting. I called to ask about possibly switching rooms because the bathroom was not cleaned at all. Hairs all over the bathroom, toilet was not even cleaned. The receptionist hung up on me twice and when I said, you don't have to hang up if u don't want to take of the issue, she then replies, I can't hear you. Place is ridiculous and nobody should pay for a room like this with horrible customer service like they have.

Our room was absolutely horrible! Our bed was broken down on one side, half of the outlets did not work in our room, the shower handle was broken so we could not take a shower, the sink handle was loose and flopping around, we had no cold water in our room, the AC unit did not work unless you put it on extremely cold, then it would kick on, when we woke up in the morning the pool area was absolute disaster area, and when we brought all this stuff up to the front desk we got a rude remark and nothing was done about it! We will never stay there again, and we had stayed there multiple times in the past with no problems. Extremely disappointing for the price we paid

We stayed here three times but I think I’m done staying here. This last time our bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Luckily I brought my cleaning supplies, I just cleaned it because I didn’t feel like going to another room, I was tired. Posted a pic, that towel was there when we got there, all crusty and dirty. Also, the breakfast is never good. Never.
