Dirty, and definitely a dump! outdated. And in your parking lot drug activity is going on inside and outside of your property? shady ladies of the night renting rooms but Im I spent over 2000 and something dollars. I rented 3 rooms with toilets problem, one night, the tollet overflowed the maintenance man./security guard. Didn't know how to fix the toilet. So he got upset with me and started using foul language.and telling us to get out of the room, they never accommodated with a new room to the first floor to use their employee bathroom I had another room 219 and told her we wouldn't be using that one we were not coming down back and forth in the wee hours of the morning to use the employees bathroom very unprofessional.. Now last but not least.a rat trap in the closet was the llast straw! That tell you housekeeping never clean up the room, our socks was filthy. Sticky? stuff all over the floor and the floors hasn't been mopped in ages.very disgusting,.

Positive: Affordable, nice room, GREAT staff- they were SO kind! And breakfast was hot and fresh! Negative: None

Just don't. Checked in after a long trip. The hallways smell funny and then the room was filthy. Like really filthy. It hadnt even been flipped by housekeeping yet. Garbages full, bathroom dirty, beds stripped with all the blankets and pillows on the floor. I saw some clothing on the side of a bed and started to wonder if this room was still occupied. Report it, we get a room change. Start settling in and someone goes to use the bathroom and there's no toilet paper. Annoying! I call down and was first asked if the other room had toilet paper...um...I didn't check? Also even if it did, I'm not going back there. The front desk says she will look for some. We wait a few minutes and realize they probably want us to come down. We come down. No toilet paper. In a hotel. Were told the manager went to get some and could bring it up to our room. IN AN HOUR. So, I am paying for basic amenities that don't even exist here. We go up to the room and gather our items. I call down and say we just aren't comfortable staying here and leaving. I was charged for a night in a hotel because it took them longer than 15 minutes to get me to a room and figure out how to tell me they don't have basic amenities. That's a failure to provide services and a false charge.

Stayed here for a night as a Solo Traveller. Was hesitant about staying here looking at the negative reviews but it ended up being a pleasant experience. The security/driver Sean was great with the shuttle and the front desk Jay was accommodating as well with my early check-in request. the parking lot had a few 'non-guests' roaming as it was an open lot but security was swift in clearing them, good thing there's 24/7 security. The breakfast was okay-ish but given the price i got the room for i ain't complaining. oohh, they also had a bar, and Mai, the bartender was awesome! Overall, a decent stay. Would be back if i ever stop by milwaukee again.

Horrible experience!!! We were in town for my sons volleyball tournament and should have read the reviews. This was not the experience my family and I are used to. We arrived early and told the room would be ready at 2:30/2:45pm. Upon returning at 2:45pm we waited while they checked in several guests only to be told our room was not ready. We had to sit in the dining area with our luggage until almost 4pm. Mind you check in is supposed to be at 3pm. Upon checking in the room door was very raggedy. There were no remotes for the tv’s. The bedroom tv did not work initially. When we did get a remote it only worked for one tv. We stayed from Sat-Mon and never were able to watch our tv in the bedroom. The couch bed was broken and couldn’t be pushed back into the couch. The environment was dirty people outside all day. Looked as if homeless men were allowed to just sit in the hallway of the front with their pants half down. This caused an awful smell. Children walking around with their shoes off. The bedroom door would not close all the way. I was embarrassed to stay here. I would NEVER recommend this place to my dog. It actually needs to be shut down!!!! -100/10!!!

Overall it's good, just good. The folks are nice, the rooms are clean. Nothing special, but absolutely nothing bad. Definitely feels good and safe in a pinch. NGL the queen sized beds seem like full sized normal beds to me, maybe hotels have different bed sizes irdk. I wouldn't use it for a date, though. Edit: I got home to my queen sized bed and felt silly lol it's definitely a queen bed, and it was nicely soft, not too firm or soft. I had a refreshing night's sleep. & The breakfast was good! Again, very simple, but still good. It's a fine place to stay. And the bar area seems loud but you can't hear it from your first floor room, and the air conditioner runs quietly & efficiently. It's not too far from the fiserv imo.

Worst days inn ever. Staff was extremely nice, it was everything else that ruined our stay. Wife and i had reserved a room for an anniversary weekend getaway. Upon arrival the parking lot was trashed and mirrors of all cars almost touch each other when parking. Parking is limited and really tight. Upon entering our room the smell of drugs and a clawed door from a big dog was obvious. It was a suite but only 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. No coffee pot, and safe seemed to be broke. Room was poorly lite and cramped for a suite. We had already paid for 2 nights so we stuck it out. Room was never cleaned while we was gone. Our window faced an alley which had all kinds of trash and debri lining the walls of the motel. Questionable activity always going on in the parking lot, smell of drugs each time you go out to your car. We will not be back, not a safe place to be it seems.
