My stay at Hotel Indigo Baltimore was fantastic. From Front desk, to other staff, everyone was attentive and helpful with questions we had. The room was cozy, the amenities offered was great quality, and bed was extremely comfortable. Grab & Go downstairs came in clutch for a midnight snack! Felt very safe and relaxed during my stay. Definitely will pick this hotel again in a future stay 🙂
Good central downtown location. Offers a wonderful breakfast selection (recommend getting complementary breakfast when making reservation if possible). Also recommend a corner room for the view. Room was clean and well maintained. Only downside was that we enjoy the Inner Harbor area and although close, not an easy winter walk and the Lyft ride cost added up over 3 days.
My husband and I stayed here for one night. The detail, design and atmosphere were amazing. Staff were super kind and welcoming. The king suite we stayed in was luxury and to my surprise I slept very well. If you are traveling or like me having a surgery downtown I certainly recommend staying here.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – A Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Baltimore 🏨🌆✨ Had a truly wonderful experience at Hotel Indigo Baltimore—from the moment I checked in to the moment I left. The front desk staff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. A great first impression that set the tone for the rest of the stay. Valet parking was efficient and hassle-free, and what stood out throughout my visit was how consistently kind and attentive the entire staff was. Everyone I encountered asked how my day was going or if I needed anything. It’s the little things, and this place gets them right. The hotel itself is in great shape—modern, clean, and comfortable. My room was very spacious, the white towels were crisp and fresh, and the bathroom was roomy and spotless. Having a little kitchenette was an added bonus—super convenient whether you’re staying for work or just want some flexibility. The location is also a big plus—downtown Baltimore, close to everything, easy to get around whether you’re walking, driving, or Ubering. I was there for business, but honestly, I’d recommend this place for anyone—business, leisure, or a bit of both. Definitely five stars from me. Give it a try—you won’t regret it.
I am usually a fan of IHG, but I am extremely disappointed in their service and will not be booking a stay with them again. I traveled from out of state and carefully selected Hotel Indigo for its location close to the convention center. After arriving, they cancelled the reservation suddenly, only able to relocate me to a hotel much farther away. Roshelle is the only part of this experience that was pleasant.
Our family stayed here from 1/28/26 - 1/30/26 due to medical reasons. The hotel was clean and every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special thanks to Rachel and Tyshaun who went above and beyond. Both staff members were more than welcoming and helpful. Valet and Concierge was awesome as well. The hotel was convenient to Mercy Hospital. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
Great hotel when you want an elevated boutique hotel feel without breaking the bank. Check in was easy and everyone we encountered in the lobby were welcoming and helpful. We decided to valet for the weekend, and it was a great call vs. dealing with the garage—the valet with the stylish glasses and fab orange jacket was ah-mazingly charming. It was quick & easy to retrieve our vehicle all weekend. We grabbed drinks and some food at the Poet bar before our concert—the bartenders were fantastic, my seasonal cocktail was delicious, and I highly recommend the naked wings with honey Old Bay sauce on the side. I had booked our room specifically for the bathtub for post concert self-care and the bath/shower set up was great but I do think the bathroom could use an actual door vs a barn-style sliding.
