Hotel At Old Town

We really liked everything inside this place. It's got all the conveniences of home. The staff was helpful, attentive, pleasing to talk to and very informative. They really go above and beyond. We were due to be in Witchita for a procedure my mother had at Via Christi St. Francis. We live several hours away and having to get up and get ready and make a long drive would be a lot for her. The hospital recommended this Hotel because they offer a discounted room rate for patients and they're family members. So, at the last minute, they were able to give us a double bed room for a night and were so comfortable and greatful to have stayed here because it was perfect. Even at a full priced room price it is well worth the money. There is such a awesome atmosphere in and outside. Lots of places to walk or bike to. It not too for downtown to be inconvenient and not too far into the less enticing parts of Witchita. But, that's just my opinion. I like feeling like I walked into an old movie and seeing bits of the historical museum pieces they have displayed. The bar set up with the piano and ritzy lobby area with conversation settings that have beautiful and comfortable furniture and ambiance. If I could live here, I would.

Recently stayed at this location for KMEA. Absolutely beautiful property. Room was very comfortable and clean. Was really happy to see a full size refrigerator and microwave in our room. Great location, close to everything we needed. Enjoyed the live jazz music as well. Wish we could have stayed a few more days.

My stay was an impromptu stay on a business trip. The reservation was made seamless and effortless via the hotel's own website. Parking and check-in were excellent. I was immediately greeted and checked in within minutes. The lobby is very nice and well arranged. Up to the room with a great view and plenty of accommodations. The hotel is based on the "extended stay" concept with fully equipped room. Everything was perfectly clean and appeared brand new. In the evening there was jazz in the lobby that was very nice. The hotel doesn't have restaurant but there are so many options nearby it's not an issue. In the morning there is an option for a very nice breakfast buffet. All in all I was very impressed and will definitely stay here again when in Wichita. Thank you very much Hotel at Old Town for the great experience!

Such a great hotel with a wonderful nod to the history of the building, a great funky vibe and most importantly great staff. Molly is a phenomenal reception / bartender / Wichita representative. Beds are super comfy, clean, well lit, shades covered the entire window rather than gapping to let the light in. While we didn’t use the kitchenette, so glad to have it available next time we stay. We are adopting the hotel as our home away from home when we come to town to see family. Sorry, not sorry. The hotel has now been claimed as our new home away from home but we will share it with others!! ♥️♥️

I Love this quaint hotel! It is in a large building, but inside is very personal. The refurbished building is so wonderfully done, with lots of history on display. The rooms are so cute, with little balconies overlooking the central lobby and nice kitchenettes. The staff is completely accommodating and the location couldn't be better, within walking distance to great food and nightlife. Treat yourself to this gem!

Hotel at Old Town is my go-to hotel in Wichita. It has lovey ambiance, clean rooms, great staff and adorable patterned cups for evening tea. I had a scheduling snafu on my most recent stay and they were incredibly accommodating, bending over backward to make sure I was taken care for. I can’t recommend them enough!

Road trip with no specific plans, found this hotel searching while driving and so glad we did. The history, staff and location can’t be beat. Plenty of restaurants to choose from all within walking distance. Breakfast is not included but it’s worth the price. If in future travels we are anywhere close this will be our our stop over!!
