The front desk clerk who checked me in, on Monday, was so polite, even though there was an incident with someone in the parking lot that involved the police. She xould tell I didn't feel well and asked if I was or if she could do anything for me. Hotel is an excellent neighborhood with tons of restaurants, fast food Target and even an outdoor store in walking distance Quiet and clean. Grabbed to go breakfast - happy fuel on the way out

An extraordinary luxury retreat. The staff anticipated every need, offering impeccable service from start to finish. The room featured premium amenities, a gorgeous bathroom, and breathtaking views. It felt like staying in a world of elegance and serenity.

Met up with my mom for a girls weekend and booked with this Hampton, as I usually tend to choose Hilton properties. Upon arrival, I was greeted very kindly and warmly by a staff member, whose name I didn’t catch. She was welcoming and kind, as were ALL staff members! I honestly can’t say enough about staff attitudes being fantastic…but that’s where it ends. ||Our room was far from the cleanliness level I expect from Hilton properties. The floor wasn’t well vacuumed (nail clippings and food crumbs beside one bed), finger and handprints were everywhere, the plugs/lamps were filthy, and the pillows smelled kind of like sweaty, greasy human. The desk was sticky on top, too. On the positive, there were zero signs of bedbugs! But the rest of the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. And for $200? Nope. Not a good value at all. ||I hate to leave a negative review because I’d rather spread kindness, but I want everyone to be aware that the housekeeping staff either needs additional training or more help.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites! A special thank you goes to Mario and Tonette, who went above and beyond to make the complimentary continental breakfast a highlight of our visit. Their dedication, warm hospitality, and meticulous attention to detail ensured everything was fresh, well-stocked, and beautifully presented every morning. Thanks to them, breakfast wasn't just a meal — it was a delightful way to start each day. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for friendly service and a great start to the morning!

Positive: Location being close to get to things if need be. Negative: The pool being closed.

Explain why I’m paying $100+/night for a room with bed bugs. Disgusting. I have photos to prove it. The bed was rock hard, the tv didn’t turn on at all, half of the lights didn’t work, the thermostat wasn’t working so my room was 61 degrees when it was 6 degrees outside. I’ve stayed at Hampton Inn before, elsewhere, so I was expecting a certain level of quality. I was extremely disappointed. Do better.

Leah at the front desk is outstanding. However… One of the most poorly appointed Hampton Inns that I’ve stayed at. There was no extra blanket in the room, someone else’s leftovers in the fridge, old body wash on the walls of the shower and suspicious-looking smears on the bathroom door. Also, no keyless entry, terrible mattresses and even worse pillows. At breakfast, staff continuously crowded or hurried me out of their way. I couldn’t check out of there fast enough. #HiltonHonorsMember
