WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham Wichita

In my job I travel all over the US and I am telling you the truth when I say WaterWalk is the best hotel. The full kitchen with 2 bedroom on suite was amazing. I was able to prepare my meal while I stayed 2 days. The cleanliness was unmatched. I love that they have a mixture of long and short term rentals and there were no children running around making noise. It was quite and clean. The price was reasonable I didn't want to leave.. Definitely will go back everytime I am in Wichita.

WaterWalk Extended Stay in Wichita exceeded our expectations. My fiance and I have been staying here for the past couple months for work, and we LOVE it. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it a great place to stay! What really stands out is the customer service - Bobby at the front desk is absolutely amazing!! She is welcoming, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. Her kindness and professionalism truly makes our stay better. We will 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wichita.

I have revised my review from five stars to one star. My family and I have been residents for nearly five years, during which time we had not experienced any issues. However, the property has undergone significant changes, including the termination of its last two managers within a two-year period, resulting in a decline in overall quality. We recently received a notice to vacate without explanation, despite our timely rent payments. The notification stated that the owners had decided not to renew our lease. This development has been particularly challenging for my family, as my daughter is currently battling cancer. Nevertheless, we remain optimistic, trusting that better opportunities await us. Beware of trying to make this place your home.

Service was great and the fitness facility was more robust than your standard hotel. We stayed here with our kids and the three bedroom setup is fantastic for families. Our room was clean and efficient for what we needed (we were only there for one night) but looking sort of worn—lots of not great repairs, which is not a dealbreaker but worth noting if you’re fussy about that sort of thing. Overall we would stay here again.

I love staying here. The people make you feel comfortable and treat you like family (in a good way ; )….The only thing fancy is the coffee maker in the lobby which is top notch. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Really appreciate the staff and there willingness to go above and beyond to make our stay great.

The team at WaterWalk is fantastic. Bobby, Faith, Victor, and Christine were all warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to. There were numerous times each of them went out of their way to make sure my roommates and I had what we needed. I could rely on them to take care of any obstacle or challenge that came their way. There were numerous times Bobby shocked me with her exceptional customer service and friendly demeanor. She’s outstanding at what she does.

This hotel room was perfect. We were in between moving from one house to another out of State. Having all the comforts and needs of home was stress saving! It was very clean and functional. The entire staff has been friendly and very accommodating. Our room was a 2 bed suite with each room having its own bathroom. Did not expect that. The beds were very comfortable. There are so many little things that made our stay great. However, I think the best part is their complimentary coffee. Location is awesome. The ballpark is right across the street and the Delano District is within walking distance. We will for sure be back and seek out this hotel in the future.
