Economy Hotel Plus+ Wichita

Handicap accessible room almost the furthest from front desk. Phone for front desk not answered. Text to phone not answered. Issues only addressed when chat to official site done. Paid for 1 month before hand. Got extremely ill and admitted to hospital 1 week after check in. Repeated asked corporate for partial reimbursement with no response at all. Check in smoke alarm beeping. Told would.be back. After 7 hours did chat on official site to get battery changed. Large broken mirror outside bathroom. Told at check in wanted it removed so would not have issues getting wheelchair and walker by. They were Told again when smoke alarm fixed. Finally Done 3 days later when another issue reported. No shower.curtain for walk in shower and only 2 towels. Could not take shower due to safety concerns. Back door lock broken so anyone could enter the back of hotel

I live here for a year until they wpd kicked everyone outta th motel . It was very unprofessionally done. The offiers were very rude, unconcerned, showed no empathy for noone it was very much a diaster . Misplaced alot of ppl. The motel was no better there managers well 95/percent were just as rude. Unhelpful never got to get all of our belongings took 1 n half weeks to get our money back as I had just paid rent $250 didn't get refund for almost 2 weeks. And my time there there was a lot of ppl lying in halls doing fent. Smoking etc.. dogs pits mainly pee n crap in hallways rooms falling apart. Our ceiling caved in in br. Alot of problems thru out motel. I wouldn't refer this place . Thank you.

This location is a scam! Payed them and they refused to refund after I didn’t even stay!

Keeping in mind this hotel is going through a huge remodel...it's the best budget friendly stay I've had yet and the staff is friendly, mindful, and considerate. The attendant is patient 🙏 accepts pets with an affordable fee whereas most will charge up to 250 deposit (Hawthorne Suites, Extended Stay America, Red Roof Inn Airport). The room I'm staying in is bottom level king deluxe and cost $48 booked online with $15 pet fee. They also accommodate longer stays with larger rooms w kitchenette included, double beds and more. Tomorrow I may see another room upstairs. The room is clean and no carpet which I am very thankful for! The beds are newer with mattress covers that I wish more hotels used! TV, remote. Basic cable and wifi of course. Chest of drawers and table to work, eat or think at. Private bathroom and I like that it's located by the East Mall, Doordash has no issue finding me and there's plenty of space to walk your dog without offense.

Was a guest in one of my friends room, and as check out came up found out they couldn't pay the room. The office lady came by to tell us to leave and in the process i accidentally left a ss card and id card there because of the yelling and being told we had less than 5 minutes to leave. I'm hoping that they will have kept it so it can be returned. It's very sentimental to me and I'm hoping it wasn't thrown away

So they were condemned today and the only help that could be offered was homeless shelter for all of us that paid in advance we didn't get a refund or any explanation just was told by police to take them to court and sue them they didn't offer to put us up anywhere or anything I have a 17 month old daughter and I used all of my money to pay y'all a few weeks in advance and the rest of my bills and now we are out in the cold keeping our baby worm because I get paid again the Wednesday after next (almost 2 weeks) and my husband isn't working he just got cleared from Drs to go back to work he was on workers comp temporary total disability the other day so he's actively looking but he does have lawyers so I just want it made right at the other hotel y'all own on West. So by Monday someone needs to call me because it's either getting my 2 week refund or being credited to the other economy with the 2 weeks starting over the for hassle and the trouble of me using every last cent to get a hotel until Monday and your lucky it's not more. So full cash refund or 2 week room at the other economy or court house. One of those 3 options will happen monday

5 stars for crystal and Jared being so great. The hotel is what it is. It’s the best when it comes to not having money for anything else. Crystal is a great manager and I hope she stays.
