InterContinental Cleveland by IHG

Overall excellent experience. We've stayed here a total of 7 days over the last 12 months due to my wife having testing done at Cleveland Clinic. This is the only hotel on the campus. Plus it's connected to the main building plus two others. Very nice tooms. Large bathrooms. Very comfortable king size bed. Only gripe I gave is I wish the patients received a decent discount. Currently, we were receiving $25 per night. Not everyone can afford what this place charges per night. Don't get me wrong, very nice hotel. But if you needed to stay long term like we're going to be in the next few weeks for my wife's high risk surgery, probably will not be able to stay here for the required 3-4 weeks. But still, this is very convenient being connected to the hospital. I would recommend staying here. PS......print a channel line up for the tv. Have no idea what the channels are and didn't see a guide on any of the channels.

Service at this hotel is excellent, and the restaurants offer great service and food at teasonable service. The rooms are very nice, but could be updated. The furnishings are pretty worn, but a plus is the separate tub and shower. The best asset is the connection to the whole Clinic campus with catwalks (never have to step outside). Definitely recommend this hotel, especially for patients and family at the Cleveland Clinic.

Had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental. The proximity to the Cleveland Clinic is awesome. The hotel staff was amazing and took great care of us. They quickly and efficiently took care of our every need. Truly appreciate them.

The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided. Everything felt well-maintained and high quality.

Had some issues with my room a few months ago. They annotated my account after my review. Fast forward and theysaw i had another reservation. They went above and beyond to make up for the issue in September. Joy, Kaan, and Samantha are some of the most professional people I have met at any IHG branded hotel. I am a Diamond member and travel a lot for work. Out of all my travels this hotel and staff knock it out of the park. Well done! See y'all next year

They didn't give me a discounted rate for weekly parking because as they said the room was reserved not through them but through American Express. Also, the room is underwhelming, I would say on the level of a 4-star hotel. The service was good, but not excellent, which I experienced at IHG's Geneva location. Since I didn't need their valet parking after the first day I self parked at the connected Cleveland clinic for 12 dollars a night. Location is convenient because you can use restaurants of a connected via a skyway Cleveland clinic, but the skyway was closing at 8:00 p.m. and re-opening at 4:00 a.m.

This was the worse experience in all my years of my traveling. After parking my vehicle at the curb and handing my key fob as well as tipping the valet I entered the hotel. Upon checking out and after spending over $130 at the restaurant I was charged $42 for garage parking. The hotel policy was transplant rate includes parking. Well not what happened to me. I questioned this to the manger and he was extremely rude and ignored my concern. To make things more insulting my car never left the curb. Needless to say this is my last time staying here. To take advantage of a family in their lowest part of life awaiting a lung transplant is sad.
