This was a girls trip. The staff from the front desk to the housekeeper was exceptional. we had to change room that they accommodated ASAP. the vibe in the hotel was relaxing with the water fall coming down in the middle of the hotel. The bar was nice, music was good. But the best part is the view from our room. /thank you all for the help, extra towels, showing us kindness. We will be back.

Positive: Nothing besides the hotel being conveniently located near Downtown St. Louis Negative: I hated everything about my experience. A dirty room that smelled like smoke. I was given a room with tape all over the ceiling & an iron without an iron board. All of my housekeeping needs were completely ignored by the hotel staff.

One drawback - the hotel room was very hot. We stayed in the upgraded corner suite, which was nice. The hotel service was good and the location is great (nice views, great location downtown). The challenge is when we checked into our room it was 80 degrees. The heat was set at 80. We switched it to full blast cool at 50. It never got below 71, even after we went to dinner and came back. This review is in Feb, I can't imagine how hot it is in warmer months. The hotel outside the room was even cooler than ours. Just wanted to let people who get hot know the challenge.

Caught a bad cold from one of these rooms. The remote to the TV was absolutely disgusting. I tried wiping down everything before touching per usual but still got a bad cold. I’m never sick. Customer service was horrid, bad attitudes through the entire staff. $320/night + on weekend is absolutely outrageous, especially if I’m going home being sick for a week or 2. I will never go back and will tell others as well. Rooms and hallways were also way dated, needs a complete remodel, if they want to be successful. Also there is no pool or hot tub. I got an ear full from one lady at the front counter that there hasn’t been a pool since 2019. Pictures are complete lies. Please avoid staying at this hotel.

My boyfriend jokingly called this place the 'Gloomiere' because its so dark and dreary. The rooms are big bit very dated. Looks like you stepped into the 70s. There's an ice machine but no water machine. Our lamp flickered and went out so we couldn't charge our phones on the right side of the bed because the outlet didn't work. I asked for more towels and washing but they only gave me two of each and the towels were small. Google says they have a pool and hot tub but they're closed so that's not true. The lobby is open and they play music which is nice but again, its very dark. The tubs are basic tub shower combos like youd have at home. The walk to the casino feels like a mile. The casino is a whole other story. Its dirty, trash everywhere and smells like sewage in the halls. The chairs look like they were drug out of a landfill.

This was the absolute worst hotel stay I have ever had. I am in the military and travel a lot and this was just terrible. Bathrooms were disgusting, pillow cases had stains all over them honestly a 0 out of 5 for a hotel stay. Wouldn’t even stay for free if it was offered. Location is great if your going to an event around Ball Park village.

The place is nasty. It stinks smells like mildew. The air conditioner doesn’t get the room code. It is hot inside the hotel room and when a customer is not OK with the room, they do not refund your money to you even if you’ve only been there 30 minutes they still don’t refund your money at all to you. They take your money and in charge you three $400 for a night that people were staying at.
