i can only give a 1 star because the system will not allow me to give zero stars trust me when i say 1 star ran down front desk staff all i can say is wow not in a good way rooms has bugs bathroom on all floors dont work elevator alway down maintenance staff go in your room when your gone hotel need to be close for good, location is in a good area that the only thing good about the hotel

Bathtub is leaking water and I can't take a cuz the water is too hot and it won't adjust to be warm or just saw an killed a bed bug in my room and a two baby roaches in my room for the late two days. Even though they came in and sprayed the room just a couple days ago

Its haunted I believe. The water comes out hot then cold then hot again often and constantly fluctuates between temperature. Sometimes it wont get hot even if you wait an hour, other times if you wake up in the middle of night and turn on faucet the water immediately comes out hot even on cold setting. Poltergeist stuff they need to get a exorcist to cleanse this place. Aside from that and the building falling apart I like it here its interesting. I ain't afraid of no ghost

I've recently been staying at hotel. Must say staff and security guards are excellent. professional and helpful. Rooms are clean and your room is comfortable and safe. It's extremely affordable and do not assume, I love it here and part of history it's been in downtown St.louis now for 100 years.

Let me at say and sorry to owner who replied to me but I really appreciate. I was only visiting family they live there.

It's okay for Short term situations only until you find something better. Sad to say no bathroom in your room it wasn't none in mines atleast unless you pay Extra. Shower didn't get hot, people always blocking the business door, other guest talk too much. Like I said good for Short term only. I guest told me she been staying here for 7 years. Wow! Whatever floats your boat I guess.

It's a good place to be while you're in transition between places. just be respectful to the staff while you're there. The most important is to keep yourself and you're room clean. The stores and restaurants is in walking distance so you save on gas. Don't have to worry about paying extra bills so you can save some money while you're there. It's a good place to be if you're in a tough spot until you're situation gets better. The laundry room is in the building so you can wash clothes. snack machines in the lobby if you need something to snack on late at night. The police department is next door and the metro link is less then a block. It's a perfect short term or long term spot. There is security on sight so if you need assistance the staff and security can help.
