Studio 6 Suites Stockton, CA – Waterfront

Stayed at Studio 6 Suites Stockton (Waterfront) and had a really solid experience. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, especially for the price. Everything worked as it should, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep after a long day. Big shoutout to Mike at the front desk — he checked me in and was genuinely friendly, professional, and made the process quick and easy. You can tell when someone actually cares about customer service, and Mike definitely does. For the value, location, and service, I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a no-stress, affordable stay in Stockton.

This place is an old motel six. No matter what kind of fancy name they put on there or even claiming it’s on the water and it’s nowhere near the water. This is a party hotel with suspect characters. Do not stay here. Absolutely not worth it. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and check in easy. Very close to the freeway for a fast overnight stop along our route.

I felt welcomed from the staff and they had a curtious attitude in helping me. The rooms are clean and the grounds are kept in excellent condition. I stayed for over a week and became very comfortable in my stay. The area is surrounded by a number of choices to eat that was good also. Overall I would suggest this place to a friend or loved one. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in stockton. This one has been my go-to for the last 2 years now. Very clean rooms, shower with good pressure, ac/heater always works. Out of all the hotels I've been to this one seems to have the best wifi signal/strength in town. Location is in downtown so there's stuff to do in the area and its close to the freeway entrance. Recommend this place next time you're in town.

Great value and location. Rented 2 rooms here to stay overnight and catch a comedy show at Adventist Arena (Jo Koy). Location is excellent, we walked to dinner and the venue 😊 very happy that we didn't have to worry about traffic or parking. The motel has been updated, and the rooms are clean with nice features. The owners are very pleasant. They gave us bottles of water at check in. Highly recommend, this place is a great value.

Clean rooms, positive attitude from employees, area is in the middle of everything from downtown. I recommend this hotel if you want something cheap but also good quality. I would give them all 5 stars cause it’s just a good hotel for the price they give. But I had a friend come visit me today and he said that one of the employees started asking him why he was there and if he had a room there. He said that he wasn’t comfortable giving out personal information. He said that one of them employees started recording him. They harassed my guess and it made me feel uncomfortable to stay there.
