My first room had nothing that worked. Second room is out dated. Smells of mold. Refrigerator has to be leveled with a rock. Wifi is very slow. Tv's have no remotes and only 4 channels. But in a pinch , very little money, this motel saved us.

I had prepaid, but on ulling up i was scared for the first time. I basically live in hotels, travel across country, but this place was scary. I stayed anyway screens falling off, only 1 broken car in lot, but night clerk was friendly. Unclean, Unsafe, and Misleading — Avoid This Hotel! I strongly advise against booking Metroparc N Suites in Stockton. My experience was extremely disappointing and distressing. The photos shown online are completely misleading — the actual room was dirty, smelled terrible, had stained sheets, filthy floors, and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Worse, the property is infested with rats. I saw them outside and heard scratching in the walls during the night. It was both terrifying and completely unacceptable. When I tried to raise my concerns with the staff, I was met with rudeness and total disregard. Management refused to speak with me or return any calls, and my concerns were completely ignored. To make matters worse, they charge for at least one night no matter what, and absolutely refuse to provide refunds, even when the conditions are clearly uninhabitable. This hotel should be investigated for false advertising and potential health code violations. I highly recommend staying elsewhere — do not waste your money or put your health at risk.

The positive reviews must be employees/friends. Believe all the bad reviews. I didnt believe them until i stayed here. First the building looks almost abandoned. The cigarette smell in the room was the worst I've ever experienced. You get no toiletries. One single bath towel (I got a 2-bed room). I was on the bottom floor, and you can literally hear every single footstep of the people above you. The only positive thing about this place is the front desk staff. They were pretty nice. My card was also charged for the $60 deposit, twice. I'll give it a few days to see if my $120 gets returned.

My stay at this hotel was beyond disappointing—it was appalling. From the moment I entered, the state of the room was deplorable. Stains adorned the carpets and upholstery, presenting a picture of neglect and poor housekeeping. The bathroom was a horror show, with unidentifiable marks and a distinct lack of cleanliness that made it unbearable to use. To make matters worse, the service was abysmal. Staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to guest needs, displaying an attitude that bordered on indifference. Requests for room service or even basic amenities were met with delays and excuses, if addressed at all. The ultimate shock came when I discovered unsanitary conditions that no guest should ever encounter. It's unfathomable that a place in the hospitality industry could allow such an egregious oversight—finding excrement or evidence thereof in a supposedly clean room is utterly unacceptable and deeply disturbing. In summary, the state of the room, coupled with the abhorrent service and shocking lack of cleanliness, made my stay an absolute nightmare. I would vehemently caution anyone considering this hotel to reconsider and opt for a place that values basic hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Roaches in the room, staff is rude as hell! I been calling for since April to speak to the manager and they claim he is never end. I was promised a refunded since there was roaches in my room but the manger had to do it and yet I still haven’t gotten it. There was no remote in the room, all the lights were unplugged and they didn’t work and the ac wasn’t blowing cold air. We were literally in our room for 30 minutes before I decided to say this is very unsanitary for my child and self. Was even told by staff when looking for another room " sorry all are rooms are in that condition, so I will mark you down for a refund but can’t get it done until my manager come in." I am still waiting. DON’T WALK RUN FROM THIS PLACE DON’t STAY HERE!!!

Where do I start? This was a really disgusting hotel! From how getto it looked like outside, to the smell of urine inside the room. OVER PRICED, not even given a discount for military veterans. Oh, and a $60.00 deposit as well that would be refunded if the room was in good condition, on top of the $117.00 we paid!! The towels looked like they were once shop towels! handicapped bathroom that smelled of musty stale water and urine! NO FAN in the bathroom at all! Pretty sure that's a health code violation! Floors that were botched to patch missing tiles! The whole room looked like a crack house! If it weren't for me driving 12+ hours, I'd kept on looking elsewhere! My disabled veteran bf was in PAIN and just not feeling good either, so unfortunately we couldn't press on. I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. My advice for this company, SEEK OUT WHAT YOUR ROOMS NEED AND FIX IT! SHAME ON YOU! Making this look like a slum lord owns it! BUT a good note, the front desk girl ESMERALDA was kind, and sweet, and BROUGHT us Towels because our room DIDN'T HAVE ANY! YOUR AWESOME ESMERALDA!!
