Miami Suites Hotel

On Google it said Day's Inn NOPE. We needed a place to stay. No one at desk around 5:00 p.m. on Saturday November 1st 2025. Father and son came to desk smoke alarm battery dead going off. She said she gave us a discount like $72.00 total i was charged $82.00 for a king bed room. I asked how the free breakfast worked you had to come to front desk they hand you a lunch bag with a piece of fruit and a muffin??? No pool broke, vending machines broke. Room had sliding glass door did not lock metal pipe keeping it closed. Towels by t.v. small not in bathroom. Toliet broken seat no toliet paper holder. Bed uncomfortable a sheet and a comforter that was like a curtain??? We wanted to get out of there asap worst place EVER!!!

If I could give it a zero I would. BEDBUGS!! My husband was bitten all over. Had to go to a store for bug spray and cortisone cream. Got our money back and left at 10pm. The room had no mirror in the bathroom, no toilet paper holder, and only one pillow on the bed. Avoid this place.

Avoid at all costs. This place is a rat hole that is infested with roaches. The hot water has gone out multiple times in a 1 month stay and they will refuse to refund you a dime. Even though they're not providing you all the services you pay for. The bathroom door looks like it had been kicked in before. Plus it did not close, so it didn't provide the privacy necessary. The room was so disgusting when we arrived, it had to be deep cleaned. BY ME. The owner sent someone to clean but they were only there 15 minutes and did a worse job than my 3 year old. One of their employees, Steve, entered our room while we were away and rummage through our stuff. Taking fruit that belonged to my children. There is NO pool access. It's run down and blocked off completely There is no fitness area, the machines are broken and unplugged. Filled with drug addicts and evicted locals that will be in the hallways arguing, screaming and SLAMMING doors until 2 or 3 AM! There is no food on site, as the owner refuses to work with any of the local businesses to fill the space. While the prices might be low, The place is so dirty that if you don't sanitize it yourself, who knows what you might end up with. Not to mention the roaches will infest your personal belongings and you will drag them with you when you leave.

This hotel is genuinely bad, and I would encourage people in the area to look elsewhere. I stayed 1 night on a road trip, so I didn't need much from the room, but for starters there was no hot water. Room had lots of flies in it. The curtain rod was broken on one side, so when I'd open/close the curtains they'd fall. The bedside lamp was not working, and the bathroom was not clean. They also ran out of coffee in the morning which was their "free breakfast " along with stale muffins in a plastic bag from the front desk. The vending machines were also all empty. I'm not someone overly picky with hotels, especially budget ones, but this place was not kept up with. Go with another budget option in the area.

Can't believe reviews all the time, I travel alot and like to try places with bad reviews, and really this hotel it not how people are saying it is, looks pretty bad on the outside because the grass is over grown, but the fact u do have a walkout patio is nice, and u can park your car ft in front your room if on first floor, hallways not to bad really hotel just needs some upgrades, like new doors on the rooms and a nice paint job, didn't see no roaches as some said, didn't see no drug users as some said it was actually very quiet, me and my husband felt safe, I would stay here again, hopefully they do some upgrades this hotel could be very nice..

This place is not a Days Inn they’ll answer the phone, but it won’t be them False advertisement

Considering it's not at this location, it moved to another location because they lost their license. It was so the miami suits in an auction days in does not exist.Here grow up googl.
