Best Western Luxbury Inn Fort Wayne

From checking in to checking out, they got me in and out with no problems. Swiftly! I was traveling with an autistic toddler who vocal stims and they accommodated my room request. The house keeping was great, the room was nice and clean. We even got to see a few fireworks up close in the back of the building for NYE! The staff here is great and I highly recommend you stay here! I know I’ll be returning!

I loved it I love hotel coffee and this was SPECTACULAR. The company is kind the owner specializes in kind word and actions I had a little issue with booking and billing and he helped explained it and helped with me. Will never do a different hotel again man I would live in there If I had nothing to do No bugs No dirty linens. No crusty toilets The breakfast room is super clean and stocked And the house keeping wasn't upset that I asked to get extra towels and pillows for my kids THANK YOU GUYS

I recently stated here and have nothing but great things to say about the hotel and staff. Prior to booking I had spent an hour trying to find a room which had a hot tub and accommodated pets. I found NOTHING until I came across this hotel. Staff were accommodating and my room was clean. It also had the best rates in town! Thanks for the great stay guys! Tyler

Highly recommend and we will return! The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. There was a great choice of snacks and beverages for purchase for a very reasonable price. There was an option to order food which we didn’t order but will next time. We planned to check out the breakfast next morning (which we heard was delicious) but decided to sleep in instead. The bed was that comfortable! The room was clean, updated and spacious. Everything that we could ask for. We will definitely book here again!

Wonderful place for conferences and the staff is very welcoming. The hotel is always reasonable and great for families. We’ve always had a positive experience there. They always are updating the rooms and the breakfast area is stunning. Will definitely visit again soon!

My stay was amazing !! First impression was great customer service at the front desk. The room was very clean and cozy the staff was also very familiar with places to eat as dinner meals in the area. The breakfast they served in the morning was a delicious full buffet with many different choices Not only taste great but kept very hot and fresh. I look forward to staying again. I also witnessed the owners name is Joe and he showed so much compassion in his Lobby he was passing out Christmas presents in abundance to the public anyone That was in need he was there to serve. I also heard of a emergency crisis fire situation where he houses many people that were displaced from their apartments. The stay was such a amazing overall experience to witness !!! Everyone if you are staying in Fort Wayne please know you will be treated very well here

Positive: I liked the room. It had 2 Queen Beds. Negative: No shampoo and the Elevator broke down. It was not fixed for 3 days.
