Delta Hotels by Marriott Raleigh-Durham at Research Triangle Park

A personal item was left behind in my room after checkout. I contacted the hotel several times requesting that staff check the room and return my call. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. Each time I called back, I was told by Ava and Natasha that there was no record of my previous calls and that nothing had been turned in to Lost and Found and that they would NOT be checking the room. When I was finally able to speak with Oscar, the Manager, there was also no follow-up despite his indication that he would look into the matter. I was not only disappointed in the the item not being located, but also the total lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism that this staff demonstrated. Based on my previous experiences with Marriott properties, I expected a much higher standard of service and follow-through. I hope Marriott Bonvoy will address this with the property team so that future guests do not have a similar experience. At this time, I do not plan to return to this hotel or recommend it to others.

This is such a nice location to stay at. The property is well maintained with a wonderful fragrance as you walk in. The desk staff is wonderful. The rooms are comfortable with a bonus. There is a complimentary snack station on the second floor that's 24/7. This is a parents and grandparents dream when we are with our beloved children and grandchildren. I rate this property with high marks. Thank you all from the front desk to all other staff that took care of me.

Was hesitant as I don’t always love acquired chains but this hotel was great. The room was huge, service excellent, and I liked the convenience of the pantry and free parking. Quiet and got great sleep. Would def stay again.

Beautiful aesthetic! Very clean and large rooms! I loved the Delta Pantry-- unlimited snacks at any time of the day! Lobby has a coffee/breakfast bar and there is an awesome restaurant for dinner! Very close to the airport and there is a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes!

I have stayed at this hotel over a decade. I have watched it go down horribly in knowledge level of front desk. I stayed 11/8/25 and made reservation. I called 4 times and was assured they knew how to process my stay with my Marriott points. They told me at check out it was done. I asked for a receipt and it was charged to my card. The Assistant Manager Maria Moreno told me that they would not honor them because they had already charged my card. We I mentioned that I was going to corporate she said they did not fall under the corporate umbrella. I am telling everyone I see or meet to use any other hotel than this one. I used to rate 5 Stars..not anymore! The place needs leadership changes and to be secret shopped by corporate.

No hot water for showers in the morning. Staff confirmed this happens off and on and affects multiple rooms. Unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one operating under the Marriott brand. At these prices, basic reliability is non-negotiable. Marriott needs to hold its properties to higher standards.

What’s not to love about this place. The hotel is very clean and modern. The TV has well over 100 channels. The room has a huge step-in closet. It has a homey design with a partitioned and curved entryway that makes it look like you’re in a condo. The shower is huge with a no door entry. Tony Roma’s is on site, which is one of the few that exist. The boneless ribs were good as were the green beans that had a seasoned parmesan and garlic garnish. I usually don’t like green beans.
