Millennium Hotel Durham

I had a very pleasant stay at Millennium Hotel Durham. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was quick. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also convenient, close to restaurants and local attractions. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend this hotel to others. 😊🏨 special thanks to Mara, Cecilia, and Eda they were more than helpful

Positive: Staff, particularly Eda, was courteous, helpful, and respectful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel was very classy and incredibly quiet. Also within about a minute to Duke. Negative: Additional charge for " facilities" was for parking, use of "heated" pool & jacuzzi, WiFi, and miscellaneous. However, pool room and pool were freezing, and jacuzzi was not operational. Breakfast was not included. Overall a nice place to stay if you are aware of the extra charges ahead of time. Staff is top notch

Positive: The staff was outstanding! The lobby was quiet and very clean. The location was perfect! Quiet, the highway is very close and near many restaurants around the area. Negative: Unfortunately the hotel room was below but everything else was great. My husband was able to have a job interview in a quiet area and the internet was fine.

The hotel generally is old. The biddings are uncomfortable. The first one that was signed to us the beddings were not properly made. After I made a complaint, the front desk is very nice in switches to another room, what's the beddings look clean. Overall the mattress is dated in kind of uncomfortable. Please be aware that they do charge a $20 service fee for the swimming pools, lobby decorations, and services that you will never use.

I had a wonderful stay, and what truly stood out was the outstanding housekeeping team. Deyanida Mejia did an exceptional job! My room was always spotless, fresh, and perfectly organized. Every day, they went above and beyond restocking everything thoughtfully, paying attention to the smallest details, and keeping the space feeling welcoming and comfortable. What impressed me most was their warm attitude and professionalism. They were always polite, friendly, and quick to assist with anything I needed. It’s clear they take great pride in their work, and it made a big difference in my overall experience!

Great location for the music event I attended on Duke campus the night I stayed here. Price point is good, and the room was clean and private. But the room had a super-loud heater--I needed earplugs to sleep--and several items in the room and bathroom were in disrepair. They need to do better general maintenance. Also, the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty.

The millennium Hotel was a great experience for me. The room was clean and cleaned daily. The Entrance front staff was helpful from start to finish. I did not get the lady’s name with the straight black hair at the front desk, But she was kind, went out of her way and helpful. In the restaurant, the lady named Amal greeted us every morning. She was always Inquiring whether we would like Orange juice or some kind of other Beverage. Our meeting room was spacious. Overall great service.
