Sandman Signature Dallas-Las Colinas Hotel & Suites

My entire experience was great! The customer service was superb beginning at check in with Pelagie. She was very welcoming and provided a detailed overview of the hotel and amenities. We initially thought we would stay one night but ended up staying four nights which was all due to the overall service we received. The 2nd day I met Derik in the cafe for breakfast and he was very welcoming and helpful with the food and drink options. He also provided local recommendations when asked. I also met Madison & Mecole on the 2nd day, both were very delightful and made me feel at home. They too offered suggestions for local recommendations which we checked out and enjoyed. They didn't rush with communicating with me at all, we laughed and talked like we were old friends. I would recommend this hotel over and over. I had interactions with Valeria also and she was also pleasant. This was my first stay at a Sandman Signature Hotel & Suites and if this is any indication of the quality of service provided it won't be my last time either. Thank you all for making the stay a pleasant one.

I don’t know where to start. I’ve been traveling with my company since 1998 and by far the Sandman Signature Las Colinas is the best property I’ve stayed at. Wholeheartedly thank you Kathleen, Kristopher, Val, Derek, Sandra, Mr.T(Lol), Bobby, the best sales manager Shana, my sweet Madison and my favorite Mecole. The hotel itself is clean, modern and very nice. The entire property was spotless and very well maintained, which made my stay feel comfortable and welcoming. Overall it was the staff that made my stay unforgettable! I will miss everyone especially Shana, Madison and Mecole. Thank you all again, for making this stay top tier for me and my crew!

Amazing stay! Customer service was top notch. The location was perfect, in a great spot. The grounds and decor was lovely. Great heated pool and hot tub. Attached restaurant and bar with late night happy hour. Our room was great, good insulation (couldn't hear our neighbors). Loved the euro rain shower in the room, fuzzy robes and comfortable bed and pillows. The only thing I wished we saw/had was a lotion dispenser. After taking a shower I like to lotion and assumed the room would come with some so I didn't bring any. Other than that we'll be back! One thing I wished we had

my boyfriend and i visited from austin for my birthday/"staycation"/catch up with some friends and this was an AMAZING experience. I literally was just scrolling on google maps finding hotels near my friends and this popped up. we read heated indoor pool and immediately were sold. It was affordable even during a long holiday weekend, and kristopher was the best!!! he answered so many of our questions, was extremely accommodating when we checked in and he even gave me some coupons/freebies to their restaurant as a birthday gift 🙂 the pool/hot tub and the complimentary robes and the standing shower truly made my birthday an amazing experience! everything was so clean and shiny.

For trip advisor review: I recently visited Sandman Signature Las Colinas to check out this new hotel in the area, and I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted by Madison, who was extremely friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to answer all of my questions. Madison introduced me to the Sales Manager, Sterling, who was super personable and gave me a full tour of the property. He even provided a gift bag at the end of the tour, which was a very nice surprise. I also want to mention Mecole at the front desk—she was pleasant and kind as well. The entire team made the visit memorable and truly showcased outstanding hospitality. I’m excited to see what’s next for this beautiful new hotel.

Me and my girl stayed here for a "stay cation" in the grand suite and man oh man! It was so nice! The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in! And the shower was so nice and the tub was so big it could fit both of us! It was so awesome! The service was so great and The Tavern (that is connected to it) is soooo good! The food is amazing! Definitely will be staying here again soon! You should make this hotel your stop if you are coming through this area!

The rooms were modern & clean. All of the staff were knowledgeable about the amenities. They were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The café is such a cute touch too. The barista was always on point with my coffee and matcha orders. I also love that they have a restaurant attached to the hotel so you can dine in there as well. I recommend this hotel.
