Good morning, I wanted to reach out because we hoteliers often don’t get enough recognition for the wonderful experiences we give. I recently stayed at your hotel on my trip from Austin to Miami, Florida. I was on Task Force to help a Marriott hotel in Austin get out of the red zone, so I know how important great surveys are. I’m also familiar with the autograph collection business, having opened Hotel Drover in Fort Worth from scratch, and I know how important storytelling and creating a special place are. You and your team have truly excelled in making your hotel an incredible destination. I not only enjoyed an amazing meal—the redfish was probably the best I’ve ever tasted—but the hotel kept impressing me. There was so much thought and effort put into recreating the building’s past and bringing it to life today. I visited the front desk to share my excellent experience with the MOD, and a gentleman named Bill overheard me and gave me an incredible tour of the property. Honestly, this was the highlight of my day yesterday, and I was blown away by his hospitality, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm as he showed me around. You have a fantastic team there, and I’m so impressed with this hotel. Please pass along my thanks to your staff, and thank you again.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Those are important things, but what really stands out is the customer service, it is unmatched. Everyone one there is helpful and kind. They seem genuinely happy to be there. We were there for my sister’s wedding weekend and we felt so special. They took amazing care of us. But, I have been there numerous times, not for an event and still been treated with the best service around. Very impressed and grateful for their staff, they are great people.

I stay at The Watermark a couple of times each month, and every visit continues to impress me. The level of service here is incredibly consistent — always excellent, no matter the time or occasion. From check-in to departure, everything runs smoothly, and the staff go above and beyond to make each stay enjoyable. Britney, Mr. Bill and the entire team deserve special recognition for their professionalism and genuine kindness. They always greet guests with a smile and make me feel welcome and valued every time I walk through the door. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here, and that consistency keeps me coming back. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, The Watermark is a place you can count on for comfort, quality, and outstanding service.

We stayed 5 nights in a dbl. Q room with city view away from the street on a room only basis. We bought bread and pastries of our taste at the Whole Foods on Corporate Boulevard; the coffee set was certainly useful. Its location was very convenient for a downtown stay instead of a stay at other hotels near the highways. Furthermore, there was a parking garage just across the street, we preferred self parking over valet service. The washbasin was somewhat peculiarly in the doorway. We can recommend two restaurants for dinner: La Contea and slightly more appetizing Mansurs.

There's no glaring deficiency that kept me giving a 5 other than the 5:00 am wake-up call from the refuse trucks and the general noise level from street activities. The placement of the sink/vanity iin the room was odd but there was a draw curtain offering some privacy. The shower (excellent water pressure) and toilet were placed behind a sliding glass door. Food was decent, fitness was good, valet service was easy, and staff were pleasant. Complimentary morning coffee at Milford's is available, although not promoted. Given the pricing, I rate it a solid 4..

I came in to the bar as I was staying at nearby hotel. To say my expectations were exceeded by your bartender Ben is an understatement. I have been to many bars in my life and few bartenders match his skill and personality. He made my experience world class and his drinks were top tier. I will be returning every time I'm in town.

We visited on Friday September 26th. We went to a concert at the RiverCenter and it is walking distance. We got back to our room that night to a hot room, air conditioning wasn't working. We called the desk. The person who answered was not apologetic, very nonchalant and I dont care attitude. He told us to go down and get a key for another room. We had to pack everything that we had unpacked and truck it down to another room at midnight! When we asked to speak to a manager the next morning at checkout, there wasn't one available. The young lady I think her name was Bethany or Brittany was very apologetic and polite. Supposedly the manager was going to call us that day. Never heard from anyone. We did see 10000 points given to my husband's Mariott Bonvoy account but we were never contacted about our subpar stay. We have stayed at Watermark in the past and the service has been excellent. Maybe a new manager? We were disappointed and upset but couldn't get a manager to call us.
