Crowne Plaza Executive Center Baton Rouge by IHG

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review on a hotel before but felt like I needed to for this just because of the staff. The hotel itself and amenities are great and best in the area, but the staff members were what stood out. Incredibly nice and above and beyond helpful. My wife and Dog who were visiting for a night were treated with extra love. Great people. Special shoutout to Ms. Joanne on the 5th floor breakfast room. I don’t really love talking to anyone at 6am but she makes it impossible not to smile. Just a wonderful person. Roxie and Lillian were the bartenders for my stay and were both extremely friendly and professional, (and super fast, especially considering the crowd).

Very convenient to the interstate. Close to lots of restaurants. The room was well furnished and clean. The restaurant and pup staff were friendly. The front desk staff seem uninterested. They need to train their housekeeping crew about do not disturb signs. |Price was ok for what you get.

We were there for the LaHosa conference consisting of over 700 students plus advisors. The staff upon check-in was very helpful, courteous, and concerned about any needs that arose. The room service was excellent. The room stayed clean and fresh towels were delivered daily. The A/C in the room was nice and cool. The hallways were always clean and appeared freshly painted. The buffets (4) were on time, the food was hot, and the servers were pleasant and picked up our plates quickly. Check out was completed timely. We did have charges applied that were not ours and the staff removed them with no issue. Our stay, without a doubt, was top notch!

Joanne at the front desk has been phenomenal. I have never observed someone handle an overwhelming influx of guest and multitask the way that she does. I have been at the hotel for several days and noticed her outstanding customer love at every interaction.

Overall it was a nice place to spend a couple of days for a dance convention. The room and bathroom was clean and the beds where comfortable. The fridge kept our drinks cold, though I wouldn't want to test food or medicine storage in it. The ding to the room was the broken office chair and the lack of an arm chair or small couch to set on which there was plentyof room for something other then the bench. The only option for setting was the bed. Sevice there was great and the food was good in the resturant and room service.

My overall experience here was one that I could have done without. Everything from trouble checking me in to staying the night in an unsat/unclean room. I definitely recommend shower shoes; there were hair follicles and dust/dirt in the bathroom. Could be a one off but just rating my stay/experience. This was also an unusual occurrence for a Crowne Plaza stay in my opinion.

Hi I have the pleasure or better saying horrible experience. We stayed at ahis hotel crown plaza. In Baton Rouge at constitution ave. First of all. We arrive to the hotel and. Everything was ok. We got to the room we look for a water bottle no water. Not even to tele a medication. So I call the front desk they told Me that they don’t provide water only espacial guests. So not everyone is special guests. At the this hotel. Then next day they didn’t clean my room then the next day again didn’t clean my room they told at the front desk that because I book my reservation. On booking .com. We’re not allowed to have a water or clean the room so overall. Are experience was horrible. Head to toe never ever again stay in this hotel. Ever. Because not everyone is special guests. They’re the one who gave me that room I didn’t asked to have that room. Only certain rooms can have everything they one or perhaps races. Discriminated. Who knows. They are the only ones who know that stuff.
