I’ve stayed at this hotel before over the summer, and I can confidently say my most recent experience was on a whole new level. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay seamless—special shoutout to Oscar and Jake and all the staff, who were incredibly helpful, kind, and respectful! They accommodated an early check-in and a late checkout, which made my trip so much more convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly designed for relaxation. But what really set this stay apart was the Sunday party! A lively crowd, go-go dancers, a DJ spinning great music, and a variety of refreshments. In addition, the sexy guy that works the front desk was making rounds with Champagne, making sure everyone was having an amazing time. My friends and I had an absolute blast, and I can’t wait to come back on my next trip to Palm Springs. If you’re looking for a fun, welcoming, and well-run place to stay, this is it. Highly recommend!
The location is excellent, walking distance to the main street, shops and restaurants. The resort is big and I guess it was spectacular quite a few years ago. Nowadays it is neglected, no even basic maintenance. The yard is abandoned and the grass outgrown. Saturday night and the place was almost empty. My room was clean but you can see rotten wood, stained walls, a sink that was spraying water everywhere, old towels, etc. The staff is amazing, friendly, courteous and helpful. The place needs only basic maintenance and repairs to make it popular again.
Stayed here with a buddy over the 4th of July weekend. It was a good time but lack of essential services lowered my rating. Room was clean but worn. Had to take a towel to block one of the missing slats in the window shutters but made it through the weekend okay. Wasn't offered housekeeping services, but interactions with staff were pleasant. Place just looks like no one cares and sad because a few small improvements would make a lot of difference. The Maze was clean and had fun there. Pool was cleaned twice while we were there, but wasn't enough to keep it clean. It was ok and I would consider staying here again.
I am deeply disappointed by my experience at the Old Worlds Resort Hotel. After falling ill and being forced to go to the emergency room, I called the main number to request an extension of my stay, as I would not be able to return before the original check-out time. I received verbal confirmation from a staff member, and even received an email confirming that my stay had been extended. However, upon my return from the ER, I was met by a room service attendant who rudely informed me that I needed to leave immediately. When I asked to speak to someone for clarification, I was further mistreated by another staff member who couldn't communicate effectively and had to rely on Google Translate to converse. Despite my prior confirmation, I was forced to leave the hotel with no compassion or understanding of my situation. The lack of professionalism and empathy from the staff, especially given that I had just returned from the hospital after falling ill on their property, was shocking and unacceptable. Additionally, the property itself is poorly managed. There is minimal front desk support, and as soon as housekeeping leaves, locals swarm the property, creating excessive noise late into the night. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel, as they clearly have no regard for guest well-being or comfort. My experience was nothing short of appalling.
I enjoyed my stay. My room 505 was simple but clean. The service was was very good and they responded quickly to requests. Aside from one rude employee the entire staff was outstanding. And I would suggest a couple of things. More landscaping and umbrellas around the pool ( it’s a little barren) And bedside outlets ( a lamp with an outlet built in for instance) would be nice for charging. Tv works well with all the channels. Had plenty of towels etc. I’d stay again.
First room I was assigned didn’t have a working light or fan in the bathroom. Also had a large dead cockroach in the entryway. I requested another room which wasn’t much better. Rooms definitely need better cleaning. While I booked the room for two nights, I ended up leaving.
What a nightmare.... I have a passport account (credit account ) with all Worlds Resort to use for future stays at the resort (no expiry) I called and spoke with Miguel (owner) to book a room with my passport account. He told me he would have to locate the account and will get back to me with the reservation. After not hearing from him for 2 weeks, I decided to call All Worlds Resort only to find that the business has been sold and Miguel is no longer with the resort. I spoke with Lori (new owner) who told me that MIguel never told her about Passport accounts for the resort. Lori told me she would text Miguel and if he did not contact me about the reservation to call her back and she would sort this out. Well, its now been 3 weeks since then. I have left numerous messages with her staff to call me to sort this problem out. I have had no returned calls from the resort about my Passport account. I am hoping that by leaving this review the new owners of All Worlds Resort (CasaOliver Resort) will do the right thing, get in contact with me, and help resolve this issue. It is truly a shame on Miguel (the previous owner) to not sort this out before the resort was sold. This has left me with no option to use the credit on my account with All Worlds Resort. Shameful business practice!
