Embassy Suites by Hilton Fayetteville Fort Bragg

I've stayed at this hotel 4 times over the past few years. On my most recent trip I had the same good experience - clean, comfortable. Great breakfast, love the custom made omelets. (Sadly, the usual fresh-baked real bakery danish were missing other than some muffins.) But they really ticked me off when I got my credit card bill. There was a random $6 charge on my credit card bill that I knew nothing about. This was a business trip so I needed a receipt for every charge. There were two bottle of regular store-bought plastic-bottled water on the desk in the room. No indication they cost anything. That is what they charged me $6 for. Not only is it an insult and trickery, I had to waste my time calling the hotel to get a receipt. I'm glad I didn't use the coffee machine, they probably would have charge for the packet of coffee.

Surprisingly rude people working at this location. The lady at check in was rude and did not follow normal Hilton procedures. The TV didn't work in my room and when I called the desk they said they would send someone up then just hung up on me (I was very polite). The bartender was surprisingly rude. The waitress in the restaurant was rude. I don't know if this is a Fayetteville thing or what but this is not a place I could ever recommend. I will be back to Fayetteville 2 or 3 times per month for the foreseeable future and will give them another shot but WOW just a horrible first impression. If it is better next time I will correct this review.

We stopped by briefly on a road trip. We arrived late, but were still very well received. The receptionist was very friendly and cheerful. Our room was great, spacious, and well equipped, with a mini kitchen with a microwave and minibar, which was great for storing the kids' things. The bathroom is large and spacious, the toiletries are high quality and fragrant, and everything was very clean. The beds are good and comfortable. This hotel includes breakfast, which is great, but we woke up late and it is only served until 9 a.m., so we only had time for coffee. But the buffet looks plentiful with plenty of options from what we saw. The location is good, close to shops and the highway. Our experience was great, I recommend this hotel for you and your family! Positive: Location to Womack Army Medical Facility Negative: The hotel was dirty. The furniture in the rooms were very worn, carpets were dirty, and light switches/outlets didn’t work.

We stay for a conference... The staff Joe and his team where amazing. They catered to our every need. Although the social hour food was less to be desired, the atmosphere was nice. Breakfast options was good, it was extremely cold as if it had been just sitting out with no heat to it. There was a generator blasting in the parking lot early morning that woke me up. Not very nice to hear in the morning

Beautiful place to stay! Perfectly located near Ft. Bragg. The entire staff is friendly and very accommodating. An honorable mention to the gentleman at the front desk at check-in (room 514 on 11/25/2025 for two nights) and staff member Manday who was working in the dining room, for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you! Highly recommend!

Embassy Suites Fayetteville makes a great first impression—the lobby smells fantastic and is easily the cleanest I’ve seen in any hotel. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast is exceptional—hard to believe it’s included. The only downside was the housekeeping activity. Doors were repeatedly left with the deadbolt engaged, causing them to slam loudly as staff went in and out of rooms. This made the hallway shake and was quite disruptive. Even after repeated requests to have this process stopped, it continued. Ruined the entire experience.
