Huntington Surf Inn

Great location. Easy walking access to the beach and main street. Rooms are older but clean. Relatively quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful when there. No coffee or breakfast. AC didn't work well but was sufficient. Beach towels and sand toys were provided. Great view from the common balcony. All in all a great value for what you are paying and compared to other similar offerings.

I love this place. Needs more stars for location. As a surfer it is so perfect to take a few steps from your room to the sun deck and check the surf. From there it’s a short walk across the PCH and the beach to the waters edge. Close enough to the pier to get the good peaks, far enough from the pier to be away from the competitive first peak pack 🤙

The location is perfect ! They have a raised outdoor patio to view the ocean and sunsets. The morning coffee really was good actually. Sip it on the patio and enjoy the city vibes .|Jonathon is the best host and welcomes you with his wonderful laid back California vibes. He makes sure you are comfortable and all your needs are met . He really does make your stay wonderful. Front office opens at 8am, you are 2 blocks away from Main Street for food, drinks, etc . The beach is across the street. |The rooms are more motel like . They are very clean , small fridges, box ac and heat . Incredibly priced well for its location. Their Parking is tight, but street parking is plenty .|Room 1 has excellent ocean views . I would recommend this Inn to friends.

Its a great chill spot on PCH. Walking distance to Downtown shopping and great restaurants. Location is perfect as you can Walk across the street and hit the sand and surf or stroll the infamous HB Pier. Rooms are clean and they supply plenty of towels including beach towels. You can sit on the patio deck for unobstructed views perfect for watching sunsets. Thank you to the kind manager, Johnathan

Lovely little gem of an inn. Room was comfortable and clean. Beach across street. Boardwalk a few blocks away.|Jonathan responded to requests in a timely fashion. I will definitely stay there again.

I’ve stayed at Huntington Surf Inn many times. It’s my go-to for visiting HB. The location is incredible and the on-site management is truly lovely. Amazing coffee shop and restaurants one block over.

This was such a nice place to stay! It’s a small hotel, but has LOTS of personality. The staff was extremely accommodating. If you are someone worried about cleanliness, don’t be here. The rooms not only smell clean they are clean. My only complaint is that we didn’t have the complementary coffee every morning. But that’s not a deal breaker! Thanks for the lovely stay.
