Positive: Location to the arena Negative: The fact that we showed up to check in and the room wasn't ready, People in the lobby that has been sitting there for hours waiting to check in. Late for a concert that we drove 8 hrs to go to only to be late

Room is nice. Floors are not carpeted, which is a plus did me. Housekeeping missed cleaning outer part of the toilet and the obvious stains on the bathroom door. Noone from the hotel followed up on this. The toilet was clogged and engineering came right up to fix it. We were offered to change rooms, but we were already unpacked and needed to head out to our event. Outside of that, the start was good.

What an absolute dumpster of a Hilton product. First. As diamond, they offer exactly nothing, parking, no, snack, no, breakfast, no upgrade, no. The staff also seemed unknowledgeable upon check in and didn't cover any of the amenities such as a pool existing or even a fitness center, or where the elevators were, or that rooms are serviced every other day. They didn't even know if there was morning coffee outside of the paid breakfast. The rooms overall are fine, beds are comfortable, ok pillows and sheets fine. Nothing. Bad to say there. But basically everything else was crap. The 5 of 6 people I traveled with all had some issue with the bathrooms basically falling apart. In my room the tile was coming off the shower threshold, the shower door was falling off and made pops and didn't close right. Mold in all the grout and seals, towel rack falling off, soap falling off, Faucet that didn't turn off correctly. Internet just faulted out in the middle of a teams meeting. Dressers that didn't stay closed. Just non stop poor maintenance and mediocre management. Do yourself a favor and go to any other Hilton property, it shouldn't be hard to find one that does basically everything better. A coworker bought breakfast and found it to be the single worst 16 bucks spent

I have stayed in several Hilton owned hotels this past year but this one topped quite a few. There was more lighting and mirrors, and all the furniture provided in the lobby and by the elevators was added amenities. Even though its a cooked to order breakfast or buffet, there is also dinner available there to order and a nice walk up bar. The bed was comfortable and the front desk staff and other were most helpful.

Heather was super amazing. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She was very patient and empathetic. It is because of Heather, I WILL return to Hilton Gardens Inn Shreveport Bossier City. Thank you Heather! She is the best. Grace... was very professional and thorough. She took time out to explain my reservation and all that it entailed. She is the epitome of above and beyond customer service. I am eternally grateful. She is definitely an asset to Hilton Garden Inn.

My family and I were traveling with two small dogs. The hotel has a safe outdoor area within the hotel, so I didn’t have to take the dogs out on the streets. The size of our "room" was insane, so much space. Clean comfy beds. The breakfast was great. The only reason it’s not 5/5 is because the kitchen was very poorly stocked, I was hoping to be able to cook in the kitchen.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! We did not have a working toilet or thermostat and our room was DIRTY The first thing we noticed upon check in was greasy fingerprints all over the headboard. It’s the first thing you see when walking into the bedroom, so there is no way housekeeping just didn’t notice. Next, the toilet didn’t flush!!! It continuously ran to the point that there was no water left in the tank to flush anything. We had to go downstairs to the opposite end of the hotel to use the bathroom, and that bathroom was nasty! There was even blood on the floor!! Then it was STIFLINGLY hot. We tried repeatedly to adjust the thermostat, but the living room blew cold while the bedroom blew heat. The shower was freezing. Apparently, the hot and cold options are swapped. We reached out to hotel staff to come fix these issues, and were told they’d be by shortly. 6 hours later, and no one had bothered showing up. After that, no one even bothered replying to our messages. Simply unacceptable and unsanitary!!!
