Extended Studio Suites Hotel

Everything was broken and dirty, it was cold outside, and could not get the heat to keep it warm inside at night when the temperature dropped. Found a syringe in the couch bed when took the cushions off to make into a bed. The only nice thing is it had been newly painted, the TV had no box when we arrived, they did get that fixed, the toilet would not fill up and flush when we arrived, they did fix that, the icemaker did not work in the fridge, the towels were old and needed replaced, the bed pillows were like knoted up stuffing. It was suppose to be a suite, there were no silverware, cups, glasses, pots or pans, plates. They advertised breakfast, there was none. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The amount of roaches everywhere, it stunk, tv and internet didn’t work. Informed the general manager of the problems and he act like it was my fault his rooms were nasty.

Rooms NOT CLEAN , you will have to bring your own cleaning supplies , hotel is very unorganized , you have to get them to fix your key 3/4 times before it actually works . The staff is not helpful at all , all the want is money. This is not a place to stay.

I have never been so disgusted in my life. Roaches everywhere, no A/C, room reeked of weed and urine, burn holes in bedding, hole in the wall where you could see outside, boarded up windows, prostitutes on site looking for business, sink holes under filthy carpet, carpet taped down with duct tape. Nothing was clean inside or out. Trash all over the property and junk just cluttered up everywhere outside, green disgusting pool, torn down fences just laying over on ground. And these are things we noticed in the 10 minutes we were at the property. We reported it all to the front desk and left and of course no refund unless we can get our money back through booking. We sent pictures in and will see what happens and I will be turning those pics over the the health department.

I wish I would have took pics but the rooms are nasty! We had dead roaches on the floor and the we saw like 5 live ones. There was a hole on the wall in bathroom. Certain parts of the floor felt like we were about to go straight thru! I didn't wanna stay after that but it was late and I had just got off work and had to do a turn around and go back in a few hrs. I live an hr away from my job so I decided to book a room... my usual hotel was booked!! I'll never stay her again!

My husband introduced me here while he plays poker. It’s a great location, secluded, rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The employees and manager, April, goes over and beyond to make you feel like you are at home and they succeed with customer service and satisfaction. It is like a home away from home. I feel safe and tranquil when staying here. I highly recommend it. Don’t let the cheap price fool you, they are more accommodating than most hotels. Full kitchen, comfortable bed, great work space. It is quiet but yet the employees make the experience there fun. Definitely my go to place!!

April at the front desk is very inconsiderate. I sat outside for 2 hours with both of my kids in the heat waiting to check-in, while she sat outside and smoke cigarettes with her friends. She refused to check me in early even though she had already told me the room was ready. It was 1pm , check-in is at 3, I let her know I have to be at work at 3 and begged her to go ahead and check me in so my kids can have a place to lay their head while I’m at work. Mind you I currently work at a hotel and have worked in hospitality for about 5 years now , so I know she was just being ugly. When I got in the room the carpet was overly sticky, there were cigarette holes in the sheets, and there was a funky smell in the bathroom. I didn’t even have time to switch rooms because I had to rush to work, and by the time I got off, the office was closed. Also, when I checked out, she charged me a late checkout fee of $33 and we were out by 11:15. I got off super late so I overslept a little plus I had to get 2 kids ready and packed up. There was no grace given. I let her know I needed every penny I have because I am struggling right now and I need to get gas and feed my children. She just simply did not care. It was a horrible experience. All I was trying to do is have a place where my kids could be comfortable while mommy goes to work.
