Thus was a great stay. First the Hotel Representative was awesome. Beccy was outstanding. She helped me set up for a room event for my girl. That's is what customer service is all about. My price was great and I enjoyed myself. The view is good of the highway and on a warm day it would be great. I will staying here again. Now my Keurig machine had a leak from it and put water all over the table. Over all it was didn't take away the excellent service , and great evening I had. Some of my college faculty had a department retreat in September 2025 and it was an absolute success. Booking the event was super easy and Amy made sure that my faculty were well taken care of both with food and the space itself. Communication while booking the event was easy and straightforward. During the day of the event, my faculty had a great time and were able to accomplish a great deal in a great space.

I booked this for ease of getting to the hospital for my son and adopted mom to stay during my time in the nearby hospital for surgery. It was a great location, helpful staff and I felt safe for them both staying there as the parking lot is also very visible with full lighting. That was very important to me with early winter sunsets and them coming and going. We plan to return for a more leisure visit where maybe I can join in a bit.

Good room and hotel. We did not use pool or gym. Breakfast was served in attached burger restaurant and it was bad. There was a good selection, but the quality was poor and the food was not fresh. Specially, the coffee was weak and limited, the pancakes were hard on the edges, the waffle batter was separated and seemed old and the fruit seemed like leftovers from days before. The scrambled eggs were decent.

Was there for a conference. While my colleagues stayed in other locations, I stayed at the host location. The walk downstairs to the conference center was comfortable and customer service was outstanding. When I had a problem getting into my room, the front desk assisted me and fixed any problems I had right away. When I asked questions, they made me feel comfortable and the head manager always spoke to me every time we crossed paths. Bathrooms were hard to get to and we're sort of small with a conference center right under the hotel but overall, I really cant complain, the price was worth my just getting away from my normal every day life and the points earned per dollar were fairly motivational to keep me coming back a little more often. Overall, I enjoyed the peace and quiet. My floor had a few young people but it didnt bother me because they stayed to themselves and enjoyed their stay as well.

Did a weekend getaway with my husband, and Ed (working the evening desk) was AMAZING. Friendly, courteous, and super helpful when I had a minor noise complaint. Quick with a smile, quicker with a laugh. Room was comfortable, clean, and 99%quiet.

Definitely the quietest hotel we've stayed at in the area. Bed was great, water pressure was almost too much(if that's possible). Will definitely be staying here again.
