I loved my stay here. My 2 boys play Pokemon across the street at CM Games and I didn’t want to drive home late. I got a double room at a single room price (as per "nicer" hotels). As other reviews state, it’s a little worse for wear but for the price it’s exactly what I expected. If you want the Ritz Carlton for Red Roof prices, you’ll be disappointed. But if you expect to get what you pay for, you’ll won’t be disappointed.

Positive: The check in attendant was professional. The door locked, tv worked, air system was tricky but worked with jarring batteries. He also brought 2 extra pillows, after he realzed their pillows were so old and had barely any filling in them. It was my demand Negative: Very old building and stale smelling room. No coffee maker. 1 pillow per person rule.wife asked and told no. Pool indoor empty. Wouldnt come to check room until we left after making me sign at check in for damages. I wanted them to sign ok. Never again.

We experienced car trouble which forced us to find a room during the weekend of a major ball game in Knoxville. Needless to say, by the time we were trying to find a room, this was all that was available. The conditions were awful. The walls, mirrors and bathroom was smeared and dirty. There were burn marks and holes in the bedding. The desk chair was a mass of peeled vinyl that looked as if it had been rescued from a dumpster. Door locks were very flimsy . Sound proofing was nonexistent. We woke to an extremely cold room that did not appear to have any eat. Water pressure in our room was also VERY low.. The only positives were that the young man at the desk in the evening and the gentleman present at checkout were very courteous. Thank goodness for a Starbucks within walking distance that could provide heat and warm coffee. . This room was beyond dismal and certainly not worth the markup to $200 that they could require on a football weekend. I will never voluntarily stay at an OYO property again if this is the quality of product that they offer

Old building, less than average room, not super clean. Would not want to come in late. Have to walk across a large lobby to check in and then there is no room access from the lobby. (Don’t drag your bags in.) On the positive side, bed was comfy and room was more affordable than other motels around it. You definitely get what you pay for here.

We made a booking for this place several hours before we got there. The guy on the phone was very friendly set a rate for tonight for $50 and $65 for tomorrow night. We were very low on funds. I’m a caretaker of a senior and a special-needs baby who is on oxygen And has to have feedings through his G-tube. We were extremely tired and could not wait to stop. We had friends that were going to help us with the money tomorrow night so we only had enough to pay the $50 deposit and $50 for tonight. Well it was gonna be $59 after tax. That would’ve left us with no money but we would’ve had a roof over our head for tonight. The man at the desk was very rude and said it was $65 for tonight no matter what and I tried to tell him we were really tired and we made that reservation And he’s still refused. Now We are back in traffic with nowhere to stay! People make me sick anymore!

We got the room ,, then realized it had no hot water, the heater didn't warm the room and the motel was a mess. When we tried to get a refund they said because we had been in the room for 15 minutes they couldn't do that . Keep in mind 10 if those 15 minutes was them trying to get things working that didn't work . Then told us the money was for the technician they called out to fix their furnace which had nothing to do with the hot water issue. Don't stay there
