This place is old, small, quiet, safe and it's clean. The place is well kept, fresh paint, and it's very clean. Very well managed little MoMo. Nothing fancy but I'd stay here again. You should too.
Clean and quiet. Would give four stars but they’re charging a hundred for no fridge or microwave or coffee maker. 420 friendly though 😋
It is $55 a night here but after taxes and key charge, it is $65. The TV was broken and no ice machines or special things. You get a metal key, 2 towel sets and a TV and remote. No more no less. Check out is 11 am.)
Private, comfortable rooms very clean and friendly staff. Convenient to downtown Hayward. I'd recommend a stay here.
I know where this is at it used to be called the philmore motel I used to live there and Otis grim was the manager there I used to help my mom and my friend with housekeeping there does anybody remember when this place was called the philmore motel It looks quite now
Nice spacious size room clean and in a nice location little to no crime
