Everyone is so nice here and super accommodating and great customer service. Gregg is the best bartender, chill guy with good suggestions. Bobby at the front desk is amazing, as is Faye. Also so nice and accommodating to any changes or requests. Had a great peaceful time, while also surrounded by awesome bars and restaurants to have fun. Highly recommended. Love it!

My husband and I just spent a milestone anniversary at the InterContinental Hotel in Bellevue. The front desk agent, Badi, was friendly, efficient and informative. Our room was lovely, well appointed and had a nice city view. Within an hour of arriving the hotel delivered sparkling wine, chocolates and a note celebrating our occasion. We awoke refreshed and enjoyed the hotel’s brunch. All the staff were attentive and helpful. We look forward to a return stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at the InterContinental Bellevue. Since it’s a newer hotel, everything feels modern and fresh. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were super nice—they even gave me bottled water right away when I asked, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a very luxurious feel. Even though the hair dryer wasn’t Dyson, the one provided in the room was just as powerful and worked really well, which was a nice surprise. The location couldn’t be better if you’re staying in Bellevue; everything is central and convenient, and it’s an easy trip into Seattle too. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area. My only small complaint is that there isn’t a pool, which feels like it should be standard at a 5-star hotel, especially considering there’s also a nightly amenity fee. Overall though, a great experience and a place I’d happily recommend.

I had a lovely stay here! Special thanks to Henry the valet, Nedea and Derick at the front desk, and Gregory at the bar (I’ll never forget that second cocktail) for making my stay great. The room service is good quality, and the hotel itself is new and well appointed throughout.

My recent stay at the InterContinental Bellevue was overshadowed by a very disappointing room service experience on Valentine’s Day. While the hotel itself was clean and well maintained, the service did not reflect the level of quality expected from a property of this standard. We spent approximately $230 on room service dinner, with my entrée alone costing $88. The order arrived about 25 minutes later than the estimated delivery time, the food was cold upon arrival, and my roasted potatoes were completely missing from the plate. I immediately contacted front desk to report the issue, but nothing was done to correct it no replacement, no adjustment to the bill, and no follow-up. For a premium hotel charging premium prices, this lack of accountability and service recovery is unacceptable.

We love staying here whenever we visit Bellevue. The location is fantastic, the space is spotless, and the hospitality is exceptional. Leanne is always a wonderful host — she not only shares great local recommendations but truly makes us feel at home.

UPDATE - Welcome to the party!!! Thank you for the quick response! The whole state is celebrating our Super Bowl bound Seahawks - except the InterContinental. In October you changed your lights to orange and I figured it was a fun thing for Halloween/fall. Then the lights stayed orange through Christmas and into the new year. When the Seahawks entered the playoffs, suddenly the lights turned to green/blue/white and I was happy to see you join the party. Now they're back to orange a few days before the Super Bowl. Can't you be like the Columbia Center and use your lights to show support for different events? You did it in 2024 when UW played in the National Championship. Become part of this area and join the celebration. And...what's with the orange? This is the PNW.
