5/5 would recommend. I came here at the lowest point of my life, and came out a completely changed person. I have a new outlook on life, and have made life long friends. The staffing is in a league of its own. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, and were crucial for my recovery and growth.

Hotel California by the Sea, bellevue location. Best experience. It my first rehab experience. It’s going to be my first and last treatment. It’s crazy and sad because I wanna come back but that’s not how it works . It felt like summer camp being here in a good way. I’ve met so many wonderful people nothing but kind and sweet. Something I will take out of this experience that I definitely humble myself. Check myself in 06/06/25 been here all summer from detox, residential, PHP and now I’m doing IOP . Everything going in the right direction. Just hit my 80days sober date . Staff off the chain, Case Manager Therapist 10 out of 10. They’ve have help me with getting into sober living . absolutely loving my new home, I’m in a great place right now with the all the knowledge and tools I’ve learned from my experience being here. I’ve gotta say this was a 2nd chance from my higher power to get my life back in order. Definitely taking that chance for granted. It’s a new era of clean and sober. It’s the place to be physically mentally and spiritually.

No.No. No. If you want to self prescribe entry into recovery, know that here, you will be infantilized. I self prescribed post inpatient and it all started out fine (even though I am not AA ~ I accepted this part of the program as part of my recovery). 50% of the facilitators are great, the other half are piffle. Several weeks in I had the audacity to ask (which I did out of respect for their program) to schedule a session with my outside therapist. I was told ~ NO. Upon more conversation and exploration, I indeed scheduled a session with my therapist...extra support. Just in the asking, I was labeled demanding. (For asking permission in a voluntary outpatient program to speak with my therapist). Then I was labeled Defiant. Because I spoke with my therapist. So, if you want to turn over all you agency of self, be infantilized and unprofessionally labeled when you dare have voice of self-advocacy, this is the place for you

I went to Hotel California by the Sea April-May 2025 in Costa Mesa,Cali. I appreciate the experience and learned a lot in the time I was there. I am 63 days sober. I am disappointed that staff that I worked with stated they would reach out to check on me when I got back to Washington, all I hear crickets. When they talk about caring and being honest, though I feel lied too on that aspect. I have faced many challenges since coming home and I have chosen not to use, though use the tools in my tool box to face those challenges. Big Dave stated I will call, nothing not one word from him. The case manager I had stated "great, hope you follow through" which wasn’t encouraging it feel very negative. Despite the staff, I am a successful case. When you say you care, you need to show that care after someone leaves treatment. I will do a shout to Chuck the therapist, amazing. Susan one of the techs, amazing. When it was my turn to leave, I felt very brushed off! Is it about the money that they want??? Starting to see why people keep bring that up! Shout out to Travis who I talked on the phone with, thank you for your kindness & encouragement.

I checked into Hotel California sicker than I realized. My intention was to get through detox and the following 28 days, and that was going to be it. The program, facilities as well as the staff are top notch. I decided to extend my program by another 28 days as I still had more to grasp and they helped me through that process. What’s great is they have an Outpatient program which I am going to continue from home. They helped me get through the entire process and have set me up with a great foundation in sobriety to re enter my life. Bottom line, is if you need help getting sober and setting you up to stay sober, I recommend calling Hotel California.

I am truly grateful for my time at this rehab facility. From the moment I arrived, I felt supported and understood. They provide guidance, structure, and encouragement that makes the process feel possible even on the hardest days. It made a huge difference to know that what I was eating was part of my treatment and not just an afterthought. The medical team was also incredibly attentive. They addressed my needs promptly and ensured I always felt safe and cared for. Having that level of professional support allowed me to focus fully on my recovery. This rehab is not just a place for treatment—it’s a place where people can begin to rebuild their lives with dignity, care, and the right tools for lasting recovery. Nancy is truly a blessing in my life. From the very start, her incredible patience and kindness made me feel seen and heard in a way I never thought possible. She didn’t rush me or judge me—she took all the time I needed to open up and truly understood the depth of what I was going through. She saw through my struggles and immediately helped me face them head-on with compassion and wisdom. Every step she suggested felt like it was made just for me, perfectly matching what I needed in that moment. Nancy’s attention to my pain and progress gave me hope when I felt lost, and her unwavering support has been a light in my darkest times.
