Enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving. Location was perfect. Loved that there was a grocery store a block away and a donut/coffee shop across the street. The best part of our stay: the fantastic complimentary breakfast. The fresh bagels and high quality smoked salmon was a huge surprise . Just make sure you go early. The rooms were ok however it was clean. Would stay here again.

We stayed over the weekend as a family of four, and overall had a very pleasant experience.||The highlight was the room: we booked a corner suite (super quiet part of the hotel on the 3rd floor) with two bedrooms, and it was impressively spacious, in good condition (some of the flooring needs to be replaced due to wear so it was separating), and very clean. Having the extra space made a big difference for our family, and everything felt well maintained.||We were also there for an event, and the ballroom/event spaces were good with plenty of room, well set up, and a comfortable environment for the large gathering we attended.||Another big plus was the covered parking lot, which was super convenient (especially with kids and luggage) and made coming and going easy as we had inclement weather that weekend.||The only real downside was the hot water in the shower, which was oddly inconsistent. When we arrived, it took about 20 minutes for the water to get hot. The same thing happened again Saturday night. Then on Sunday morning, the hot water was immediate...go figure!||Despite that issue, we really enjoyed the stay and would consider coming back.

The stay at Armon was overall pleasant to me. Except the first receptionist who checked us in. The black young man has no smile and no greeting and I tried to find out the opening hour of the indoor pool by calling the front desk ( it was 9 pm) no one picked up the phone, I went downstairs I don't see him either( maybe was on bathroom break) But the lady Natile was so nice and picked up the phone immediately in next day morning, and she accidentally hung up too soon she even called back. And walk us through the indoor pool cuz it was locked. The pool is clean and we enjoy a little time to do sauna. With a fully equipped bathroom and shower area. I have no complaints. And the young guy was so nice too when we headed back to grab our luggage. The housekeeping were nice too and they did a great job keeping the room very neat and clean. I eventually have my best sleep during this week. The hotel is closed to the mall, restaurant and downtown, very accessible in general.

Very aware this was only a 3 star property prior to booking I decided on this hotel ultimately after reading so many and recent positive reviews. Pulling up the hotel had some visible signs of age and wear and tear but overall it appeared like a nice property. Upon entering it very quickly felt a little eerie as they had 8 or so check in counters without anyone at them. Not a single soul anywhere not even in the lobby. The hotel bar, restaurant and lounges were all closed down and appeared to be abandoned. Roughly 5 min later a very friendly lady showed up to check me in (loved her). While riding the elevator up to my floor it was obvious the elevators haven’t been serviced for quite some time given the sounds it was making. Get to my floor…ghost town. I get to my room, definitely outdated and old but large in size and fine for what I needed. They must only have just one housecleaner I’m assuming as cleanliness doesn’t seem to be of a high priority. I’m a redhead and there were long black hairs in the bathroom shower, appeared or at least looked like dried vomit on the side of the room desk leg. The tv was fine but only maybe 32" at best and a dinosaur; no guide to go off of and only a handful of channels. All in all it suited the $104 coat for the night but would I stay here again ever, absolutely not.

Positive: Cleanliness of room We were able to get a king bed. Negative: scrambled eggs were cold. Parking was a bit tricky as far as which entrance to parking lot and which floor to use for parking.

We just spent the weekend here for the Renewal event and had a wonderful experience! The staff was lovely and very helpful whenever we needed anything. Hoping to come back in the future.

The rooms were pretty but you could hear everything your neighbors did which is crazy because they're acting like an airport Hotel. The restaurant is to be avoided at all costs. We had to walk down because they had no menus online or in the rooms? Which was fine but in retrospect this should have been a sign. Anw we get down there and sit down, our server comes by and I ask her two questions she couldn't answer and finally we settle on the bolognese - safe and easy, right? Wrong. The plates came back filled with water like someone didn't strain it because it's their first day in a kitchen? Also Idk how you screw up beef and tomatoes but when I tell you this thing was bland...I am the last person to screw with a plate because I want it as the chef presents it but omg this tasted like nothing. I added salt, pepper and Parm to no avail. Anw server totally neglected to bring us our waters? Or even check in on us? or bring us the bill? Making my partner who will tip even take out counters click the 'skip' button when paying. Tipping for what exactly? The whole thing looks and feels makeshift at best? With mismatched chairs and tables? Like they know they have a captive audience of exhausted travelers who just want to eat so they've made a 'restauraunt'. Throughly disappointed and won't be returning.
