Hyatus Luxury Furnished Residences Stamford

We live locally but are doing home renovations so needed somewhere to stay for a few weeks. The location downtown was perfect. The unit was beautiful and had everything you could possibly think of provided. The dishes and linens were all clean. The service was amazing- our remote battery died and after emailing them they delivered batteries right to my door right away. I highly recommend using Hyatus and would definitely use them again if I need.

I visited the Stamford area many times in the past 5 years and finding quality accommodations has always been difficult. Hyatus at the Asher was by far the best quality accommodations I've experienced. There were no annoying noises, the furniture and decorations were high quality, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom felt luxurious, the kitchen was well appointed, and the walk in closet was large. The building itself feels luxurious with outstanding amenities, the game room was the best we've seen and the business center was a very convenient place to work.

This is our third visit this year. The apartment is well appointed and very clean. Bathroom is huge. Beds are only a Queen. Appliances, including full size washer and dryer, are great. Location is fantastic as well as very secure. Parking is covered and the amenities are outstanding - particularly the gym. We've done both the one bedroom and one bedroom w den. If only 2 people, there is more room in just the one bedroom -the pull out sofa is comfy too. One bedroom den is fantastic if traveling with 3.

Overall We had a lovely stay. There were a few hiccups but the staff responded immediately and were willing to do whatever was needed to fix the issue. Our room had not been properly cleaned so someone was sent to thoroughly clean the apartment at our convenience. There was a moldy blanket on the bed. Also the shower nozzle was broken. I always questions the wall units due to mold so personally I don’t ever use them. We open windows if needed. I still gave them 5 stars because I know this is not their standard of care. I have had several friends stay here with no complaints. I’d also like to say that the beds are extremely comfortable, firm but not hard, very supportive. There were no smells inside the apartment of fragrance, which I appreciated. The view of the courtyard is beautiful. I would’ve preferred stainless steel pots and pans, what they provide are Teflon. I did appreciate the quick response time and also the staff availability. They were so very kind and apologetic. They were willing to do anything to make it right. Location was wonderful.

Very nice, clean, and safe place to stay while we were renovating our house. Short walk to Metro-North for city commute. The host was extremely responsive to all our questions. Only knock is someone was constantly taking our parking spot but that's not the fault of the host. More on the building.

This is a very special place. The building is located centrally in downtown Stamford so you can walk to everything! Plus, the condo has a great layout, renovated kitchen and bath - plus you overlook the inner courtyard with firepits and outdoor dining. The rooftop pool is wonderful! The staff was super receptive to anything we needed - and they have a great gym, golf simulator and pool tables under the lobby! Wonderful place to visit CT!

My house was flooded so I needed a temporary place to stay for several months. During the time I was here , Hyatus has been great with any questions or issues that I had. Their staff are the nicest people that I have dealt with and they answer every email and text you send- with an extremely pleasant attitude and desire to help you with whatever you need. I would heartily recommend them!
