Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fargo, ND

The rooms were very clean and updated. The bed was wonderful. We were especially impressed with the complimentary breakfast; it had more choices of fresh food than what we have encountered at other motel chains we have tried; plus we really appreciated the real plates bowls and silverware. We had come to Fargo for a family funeral, and found a our rooms to be a sanctuary between emotionally charged days.

The hotel was in a nice location with convenient parking. It was close to several restaurants which made it very convenient. We asked for a top floor room and they had it waiting for us! Room was of a good size, very clean, and was quiet--no interior or exterior noise! Mattresses were exceptionally comfortable and we had a good sleep. The breakfast was exceptional. Several dishes were hand prepared by the server, with was a special treat. Would we return? Yes!

Check in was easy and the person working the front desk each day were very friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars but the breakfast was not very good. One day the omelettes were burnt and the next day some of the food was still frozen.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable. The rooms are well appointed and spotlessly clean. Never a problem with technology or TV. Breakfasts have so many well served dishes and even on Real Dishware if wanted. Coffee is so well brewed. The kitchen staff is very welcoming also. All the people we contact on Staff are hard working.

I have stage 4 COPD and they were flexible in letting me request a main floor room and the second night put me on the main floor closer to lobby and amenities. The staff were friendly, even gave me a toothbrush as I had forgot mine. I will definitely be going back.

At this point I can leave any stars. I’m a traveling inventory supervisor and we travel a lot. My head boss ordered us food and I gave the front desk Sheena my info and she knew the room I was in to let me know when it was delivered. Not only did my staff not get their food she was here when someone took it and left as she was also leaving. Unacceptable I told my h higher up I don’t want to stay at this location again.

The suite we had was grand and we really enjoyed it, however, there was only one place to hang a wet towel (one hook for one towel). when towels are wet it is great if you can hang them up so they don't mold/mildew.
