Ramada by Wyndham Fargo

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had — avoid at all costs. The room was absolutely filthy. When we tried to use the jetted tub, what came out of the jets was beyond repulsive. The refrigerator in the room was broken; we reported it immediately and nothing was ever done. The hair dryer didn’t work at all. The pull-out couch was so badly slanted that my children literally could not sleep on it without rolling inward — and to make matters worse, it wouldn’t even go back in afterward. Breakfast was a complete disaster. Guests were just standing around waiting for food to be brought out, with no organization, no communication, and no sense that anyone was actually managing it. Honestly, I should have followed the lead of the guest next to me at check-in who had just arrived and was already demanding a refund due to the horrible condition of his room. I normally wouldn’t bother leaving a review, but after over a month of back-and-forth with management — who were consistently rude, dismissive, and disrespectful — there has still been no sufficient resolution. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else in the Fargo–Moorhead area. This place is not worth the money, the frustration, or the stress.

I had a pleasant stay at Ramada by Wyndham Fargo. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the location was convenient for getting around Fargo. One small suggestion would be to add more variety to the breakfast menu, as that would make the experience even better. Overall, it was a relaxing stay and a good value for the price. I would stay here again and recommend it to others

Rooms were nice. The staff was pleasant. Workout area was good. Hallways could use a vacuum. Hard floors/mopping was well kept up on with the wet weather. The pool area was crazy with other parents not watching their kids. The slides shake really bad (dangerously) when kids go down them which was nerve wracking. I will say this experience was an improvement from the last visit.

This place is older, shows its age, could use some TLC but it's clean. I give it between 4&5 stars. The breakfast is basic and fairly sparse with yucky instant coffee. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This Ramada has kind of an old nostalgic feel as it's an old full-service hotel. It's nice to have a lounge, restaurant and casino all under one roof. Sickie's Garage is another bar and grill which is a short walk across the parking lot. This place is fine for a night.

Positive: Front desk staff was kind. Continental breakfast was good. Negative: The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. Very run down. Looks like there is water damage everywhere carpets, ceilings and walls bubbling.

The service was not the best we waited about 30 minutes just to get our room the lady at the front desk was rude. The bath room walls were cracked and chipped. The pool was fun although when I was going down the green slide I smashed my elbow on it. The beds were comfy the shower was nice. And at night time about 10:00 through 11:00 drunk parents in the hot tub swearing while there children were in the pool and sleeping. Not saying stay away but would recommend staying the night somewhere else.

Our room was completely disgusting. Had urine in the toilet. Hairballs on the floor and in the trash. Gum stuck to the back of the bed. Curtains and sheets had stains all over them. Carpet was disgusting. We knew it was an older hotel and came for the pool, but even that was disgusting. The slides are dangerous. They rattle and move when going down. I got a small slice from the inside of the blue slide. I would like a refund. Absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve been to 67 countries and had better accommodations in third-world locations. This place should be shutdown.
