Fargo Inn & Suites

I had to find a hotel to stay at, and stumbled across this one. From the staff to the rooms, you will not regret this choice. Breakfast is amazing, rooms are comfy cozy, clean, clean clean and the staff is amazing. They care about you from start to finish and they like to laugh. Amazing rates and friendly down to earth people, this is the place you want to be at. It's cold outside, but toasty warm inside. Thank you for making sure my stay was comfy cozy. Kudos Fargo Inn 👏💙

No elevator, so get ready to haul your stuff if your room is on the second floor. Location is good, and there’s a fun dive bar in the property. Breakfast was spectacular.

First room had garbage ( used tissue and wrappers) on the floor on either side of the bed and an old bathroom mop smell. I don't know how else to describe it. So they moved us to another room that was cleaner but had a strong musty cologne smell. Strong offensive smells and uncleanliness are a dealbreaker for us. We contacted Expedia and they would only refund us if hotel authorized it. Hotel refused and manager was called by desk staff but wouldn't resolve the problem at that time by authorizing refund, saying she'd contact Expedia "on Monday", two days later, our anticipated check out date. We were told we "MIGHT" get refunded if we chose to forfeit our stay but the fact the manager was called and refused to resolve the issue then and there didn't give us much confidence that if we forfeited our stay, we'd be reimbursed. Poor customer service all around. All I can say is don't waste your money on this place. The little bit of savings isn't worth it. Laying here writing this review with the window open to get rid of the smell for hours and it hasn't improved. Now looking through other reviews I see it isn't just us that won't be staying here again because of musty and offensive smells here.

I came here for my son's swim meet and only booked a queen room! My son got sick and we needed another bed. Expedia wouldn't let me change my room online and I got put on hold when I called. I was just going to get another room but Tanner changed the room to two beds for us so we could hurry up and get in our room. As soon as we walked in the door my son started throwing up. I truly appreciate you Tanner helping us out when he didn't have to! Thank you! Simple breakfast offered in the morning and clean beds to sleep in!

Worst experience of my life. Paid for 3 nights then their partner site and the staff was rude when checking in said the room wasn't paid for then after I spent hour and half with customer service thru their partner site to get it straightened out they refuse to rent the room to me. Highly don't recommend this place as their customer service is a joke and staff is horribly rude. $266 down the drain for nothing and left out in the freezing cold all night because of it. Management is horrible

Family is what you get treated as when you stay here . Very welcoming staff house keepers are always very nice as well nothing really bad to say about here for the price and the great hospitality even if there was anything wrong they make up for any small inconvenience. Breakfast is always good . Beds are always comfortable I’m always treated well as well as my pets I never stay anywhere else in Fargo unless they are booked up with no open rooms . I’ve beer been to the car in the front but I’ve heard nothing bit positive feedback about them I heard the pizza is good .. as well but they definitely give great time vibes I went in for change machine due to quarter shortage at front desk and they were definitely having a good time in there nothing negative to say overall always a great experience with Fargo inn and the staff are the only reason I won’t go anywhere else.. the most valuable assets of this hotel are them they are all great people.. I prefer warm welcoming people over the stiff avoidant staff you typically experience when being in hotels … never had any bad experiences other places it’s just the warmth and the being treated like family vibe that cargo in. Staff gives us genuine and for that I’ll always choose this place over anywhere else

Breakfast was depleted by workers living there and it was not replenish, all the fruit was taken. The market pool, was a pool table in the bar. Several people asked where the indoor pool was and there was no swimming pool. The restaurant had gambling and smoking. Loud noise and smoke smell throughout the hotel. Never again.
