The hotel interior is attractive, spacious. The room is attractive, clean. However, the desk is almost useless - poor lighting, very high, very shallow. Could only lay a folded newspaper on it. Temperature control was not functional. In late December, the room was VERY warm, regardless of how much the temperature setting was turned down, even to 63! And the heater was noisy. The only solution was to turn it off, even though the outside temperature was well below freezing. Breakfast is typical - eggs, sausage, tater tots.

The AC doesn't work in the room. If you you don't get a room on the outside you have to deal with hearing everything and everyone's noise around the pool and bar area. Also, everything in that area smells like chlorine. It states there are outside balconies and there are none. Definitely won't stay here again.

I was amazed! Huge lobby with plenty of private areas. Pool. Bar. We stayed in the "tower" section. Room was very well appointed and super clean and fresh feeling. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was well lit with a long counter. Again, everything spotless. I always check in with a person vs online. That sets the tone for the stay and front desk staff set the tone for a very positive stay!

We were pleased to find a hotel that offered value for a reasonable rate. Front desk staff was terrific - friendly and quick. Both the hotel and our room were clean. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The complimentary breakfast was great - better than what we usually see in other hotels. There were plenty of locations for groups to gather and relax on the main floor. Although we didn't use the pool or hot tub this time, it's nice to know that they have both.

Carpeting was very worn and dirty. Bleach spots on carpet. Chlorine smell from pool took your breath away upon entering the lobby. Pool was dirty with sediment on bottom of pool as well as the hot tub. Not ADA compliant as the elevator was at a far corner of building and when we got off on on 2nd floor our room was not found. There was a mildew smell in our room as well as a sulfur smell in bathroom sink. Couldn't plug phones in outlets included on the nightlight as plugs fell out. It was questionable as to whether the sheets were clean due to being very wrinkled. I had booked a room 4 years ago at this location but under the name Ramada Inn but this was the hotel that came up under Google search. Unfortunately the Ramada had turned into the Hampton Inn which was next door. Never will stay at a Wyndom hotel. Our stay was Nov 19th and 20th of this year.

The staff was very friendly when I had an issue they addressed it. The decor is a little dated, and I was disappointed that only cable was available. I wish they would have the updated TV service that allows you to watch your Netflix, HBO, etc. the breakfast was good. The Ice machine on my floor was not working. Unfortunately I could not enjoy the pool because there was a rowdy pool party there. There were some rambunctious teenagers who interrupted my workout in the fitness center. They were horsing around and being noisy. That is not a Wyndam problem that is a parenting problem. This property is good for a quick visit to Ann Arbor. The room was comfortable and affordable.

Mike was friendly and attentive at the bar. The hotel it self was not that impressive. The lobby area was nice but the rooms did not represent what rest of the hotel looked like. Bathrooms very small and hard to move around in. The king bed took up most of the room. Price was reasonable.
