I have paid a lot more for a lot less. This room was spotless and comforting. The bathroom was immaculate. The bed very comfortable. The help was polite and welcoming. There was a mini- fridge, would have been nice to have a microwave, but for the price I got you won't hear me complaining.

Hospitality good, room was nice and clean but when we checked out, an employee inspect the room and he said we are missing a towel, he said there had to be 2 towels and one is missing. Is it my responsibility to check the room? I trusted this place after reviewing the comments and I needed a place to stay after a long day. We were on an argument for about 10 minutes and at the end I didn't got my full deposit of $100. I'll never go back.

The pictures looked way better. We booked this room to have a shorter drive to Universal Studios thinking it would be decent enough for a night stay. This place is dirty, the restroom door lock was broken (it kept sliding open with people in it). The person who checked us in got annoyed when we kindly let him know that the lock was visibly broken. And the worst part was that even though we booked a room with a kitchen, the stove didn’t work…We had to throw away our eggs and other groceries we got to have breakfast. On the good side, there is a 24 hr food restaurant nearby.

Be awared, Room is dirty, and service is tricky. Double check your room carefully because they will try their best to keep your deposit. Check your bed to see if there is any existing stains. Very bad noise insulation, you can hear people walking and talking outside. I had to check out 2 hours after getting the room because I couldn't stand it, then the staff went in the point out the bed stains so he could charge our deposit although I didn't even use the bed. So sneaky. At the same time, 2 other rooms also check out because they couldn't stand the room condition, and they also were charged deposit.

1 star for the nice man who checked us in. 1 star for the update nice bathroom. Place is super run down otherwise. Sheets are stained. Woman came knocking loudly at our door before 10:30 am telling us about the 11am check out. I guess she called and the phones don't work. She was very rude. Walls are thin. We just needed a place to crash for 1 night. It costs nothing to be nice. Wouldn't stay again.

On the morning from check in I looked in mobile bank account and has seen 90.19$ plus additional 10$ and 150$ charge. I asked in front desk about that. They told me 10$ is service fee (untrue - on booking. com they already include service fee )+ 150$ deposit(didn’t tell me nothing when check in). It’s confused me because they did that silently. Reject to return 10$(Didn’t gave him permission to charge me additional). Spent some time to send proof of this charge to booking.com for refund. To be honest this room doesn’t cost 90.19 which I spent on it - dirty, small space, spare room - you can hear everything from another room number. Doesn’t spent time and money. Find something better. Really.

They rated this place a 3.6 ONCE again this place was a dumo after having to stay here for one night with my daughter not able to sleep because it was so horrible. This place is remodeled with memory foam beds build in the wall body wash shampoo conditioner hand soap lotion that is tea and lemon. The staff here is great they are friendly and even supplied my room with a fridge after there wasn't one available for the floor plan I paid for. The location is great to public transportation and shopping center. I would recommend this place to anybody looking to sleep in a quit small drama free place..
