Provo Marriott Hotel & Conference Center

Positive: Clean room with a beautiful view. Negative: Everything seemed broken down like the parking elevator, the pool and spa, etc. Specifically planned on using the spa nightly and it really affected my trip. I should have been informed. And they nickeled and dimed for things like parking and internet.

I stayed here 2 weeks apart for conventions the first time I had a great bed the second time my bed was very hard and I didn't get good sleep. I love how convenient the location is. The hotel is very clean

This is a very clean and modern property, in downtown Provo, with excellent walking access to dining and shopping. My room, in the south tower, was very spacious and comfortable. The room was quiet and I slept very well each night. The lobby offers many opportunities for relaxing and informal conversations with friends and there is a Starbucks and a very good restaurant, adjacent to the main lobby, to complete the overall experience!

Great stay, loved the location, didn't like the truck beeping outside the window at 5:30 am, but that isn't Marriott's fault. Could have been the side of the hotel (east in the south tower) that we were in. The breakfast was delicious! Our room was great and we appreciated the anniversary treat.

After a long flight with layovers, when I arrived on Thursday, February 5 around 12:30 pm to check in my luggage, the welcome at the reception wasn’t very warm. There was no visual acknowledgment as I approached the front desk, no greeting, and minimal eye contact during the interaction. The receptionist appeared to focus mostly on her screen when asking and answering questions, which made the interaction feel unwelcoming. The staff members I met later, however, were friendly and made conversation (asking about the purpose of my visit, etc.), which I appreciated. Later that night, I experienced a similar indifferent tone from the woman who checked out my items at 11:06 pm. Consistency in front desk service really matters, especially for guests arriving after long travel. I hope management can ensure that the same level of warmth is maintained across all shifts.

Worst Marriott stay ever. Crazy to charge for parking when the garage is not only oddly placed, but almost completely empty. The elevator was broken and you almost have to walk outside to get into the hotel. The pool/spa were closed down and there was absolutely no communication in advance about it. Had a laundry emergency and come to find out that there is no laundry onsite, only offsite laundry facilities. It seemed like everything I needed was unavailable, uncharged or broken. Charged me for WiFi even though I’m a Bonvoy member. the front desk agents had no idea what was going on and were not at all willing to help. Shameful for an expensive Marriott stay. Pros: The room and the view were beautiful and the hotel was clean. Doesn’t matter how nice the room is when you leave feeling frustrated at every turn.

Our stay at the Marriott in Provo, Utah, during a soccer tournament was exceptional. The hotel offered a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. The on-site dining was excellent — breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all well-prepared and enjoyable. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, friendly, and attentive, making our experience even more pleasant. The hotel’s central location was also a major plus, as it was close to restaurants, shopping, and the tournament venues. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.
