Aspenwood is such a beautiful inn! The rooms are so thoughtfully and intentionally decorated. There are full suites with multiple bedrooms and a full kitchen. The on-call staff is very responsive and so courteous. Sarah stayed on the phone with us all the way from trying to find the location until we were fully settled in our room. That level of personal service was really meaningful to us. The rooms are comfortable, beautiful, and very romantic. I highly recommend this for personal travel or for business!

We loved our stay at Aspenwood Manor. The seaside decor was lovely! The rooms were clean and well organized. Our queen size bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was perfect for a summer stay. We felt very much at home there.

We stayed in the "Ocean Bay" suite. SO ADORABLE! My family absolutely loved this suite. The extra amenities that are available upon booking are superb. Host communication and helpfulness was perfect! Being within walking distance of such a fun rec center was a huge plus too! Definitely recommend for anyone staying in the Provo area!

We have been repeat guests at Aspenwood Manor for nearly a decade now. We've stayed in nearly every suite and feel like it is our second home! Sarah, the owner, has been kind and generous with her hospitality for many important family events including weddings, graduations, funerals, birthdays, holidays, dropping off college kids, frequent family visits and, of course, skiing. I especially enjoyed hosting my daughter's bridal shower in the Event Room. Sarah and her staff have gone above and beyond making us feel like special guests every single time. They remember us and are very accommodating with our often changing travel plans and extended stays. The suites are always beautiful and clean and have given us the room to feel truly rested and comfortable. This is a well-run business with very unusual, over-the-top care and concern for their guests who often become friends. Thank you, Sarah!

Our family has had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Aspenwood Manor eight times in the past nine months. Each of the suites we’ve enjoyed – we’ve stayed in three and are about to stay in our fourth – has been exemplary. My husband said during our last visit that the inn seemed like our second vacation home, and it does! Every beautifully appointed suite is homier than any hotel, with room to spread out, relax, and enjoy friends and family if you wish. The suites and the inn are more personal and upscale than the semi-sterile experience of most Airbnb and VRBO homes. It would be appropriate to use the word luxury in describing them. There is a laundry room available, helpfully, for more extended stays. Longer stays also include a complimentary linen refresh. Management is friendly, professional, and accessible, and the housekeeping is always perfectly on point—top choice for any stay in Provo, Orem, or the greater SLC area.

My husband and I recently stayed 7 nights at Aspenwood Manor in the heart of Provo for a conference we were attending. We have stayed many times, and I cannot express how thoroughly impressed we always are with the Aspenwood and their team. This charming establishment deserves nothing less than a 5-star review! What truly sets Aspenwood Manor apart is their attention to detail. The rooms are always impeccably clean and well-maintained. Every little detail, from the tasteful decor to the quality of amenities provided, shows that this family-owned business cares about their guests. The central location is a highlight, making it conveniently to explore Provo and attend our conference events easily. We recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Provo! It feels like a home away from home and is perfect for multiple night stays, couples, families or friends. Five stars all the way!

We have absolutely loved our MANY stays at Aspenwood Manor and always look forward to our next stay-cation because of how lovely, cozy, and accommodating these rooms are. We have stayed with our whole family, with friends, and just as a couple and every time we leave feeling so grateful for the care and attention to details we find here.
