Little Suites Provo Extended Stay

Horrible hotel. The hotel staff don't listen and don't care about any of your concerns. They promise to get back to you (several times) and never do (liars). There are tweakers and junkies everywhere and no one picks up their dog poop. This place is happy to price gouge you and provide no customer service whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.

I have been staying at the Little Suits and the front office staff are friendly and patient. The prices are very fair for the monthly pay rate. The room includes basic utilities and WiFi along with Cable TV. It is furnished with a Phone to make local calls or room to room calls. The office does offer a computer in case you need something other then a phone to use the internet. I suggest finding other options because the office computer is SOOOOO SLOW... My room is furnished with a king bed. I had to buy my own sheets and blanket. You have to buy there's after a week if you stay longer then a week. I returned mine to the front so I didn't have to purchase there's. You can hear the freeway all the time even through the night and can keep you up like me through the night. I would suggest ear plugs. They have a laundry room that is operated with $2.50 in quarters. No worries if you need change they have a change machine. The laundry isn't operated by a app online. No ice maker on site but there is a Maverick next door. Curfew for company is set at 10pm everyday of the week even though this is a extended stay hotel.

gem of a location patrolled by law enforcement close to many amenities including transportation to get there on-site maintenance parking spots available it's close enough to be convenient but it's surprisingly quiet here month to month / long term? great place

The room had some minor ware & tare but nothing bad. It was clean & the bed was comfortable & the secure WiFi signal was great & strong. It's location was great with close freeway access & plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Only reason for 3 star rating was its older, lot of ware & tare & not the best neighborhood... But again was impressed with cleanliness, very nice customer service, kitchenette had clean & relatively new appliances, a decent price especially on short notice. So really no complaints & happy with my stay.

We had the room reserved from November and at the last minute they changed our reservation from two queen beds to one king bed for four people, simply because we added a separate reservation for different people. The room smelled very strongly of air freshener or cleaning chemicals but the floors were not swept and the bathtub was gross, there was pubic hair in the tub and on the walls. You had to hold down the toilet handle just to get the toilet to flush. The crisper in the fridge, although a full fridge and freezer, had residue on it and had obviously not been cleaned. One good thing was the price, but even with that you at least expect the room to be clean, especially when you have to wait 20-30 minutes for them to clean it. I would not recommend this hotel, even for the price.

I followed all there rules for getting my deposit back and they made up reasons why they couldn't give it to me. They wanted to charge me for stains on the mattress but they were there when I got there I took pictures! The room was dirty when we moved in I had to clean it and have them come in and clean the shower. They try to charge me for towels they told me to use to clean up a mess they made! I had to change my own sheets after I got in a car accident the same day cause their staff was over worked. So not worth it. They owe me that deposit!

There are no services, as we did a 30 day rental, but the room is comfortable and cleaned with a kitchenette. Much better (and cheaper) than Extended Stay America in Sandy! Bertha was a delight to work with
