Sunny Sands Inn

I just checking in Sunday afternoon yesterday with the help of my church pastor pastor Dylan This is a very nice motel. The young lady at the window and what appeared to be the owner of very friendly and welcoming they are very nice The room is very very nice. I really love the old beautiful style furniture. The refrigerator is nice everything is well placed the microwave is red and it reminds me of 1950 s retro style appliances LOL There are two generous nightstand tables right next to my bed the bed is comfortable the pillows are comfortable and I especially appreciate the soft warm blanket the bed is nice size too I would recommend this nice informal motel to anyone and it is right behind the extra mile gas station in front of it which makes it convenient to go get some coffee Very very well run motel

This place was not as advertised. It smelt, refrigerator made noise all night as did the terrible air conditioner. The room was dusty and loaded with mismatch damaged furniture. Motel faces and close to the street so extra noisey. Bedding was terrible and uncomfortable. One flat sheet that didn't cover the uncomfortable mattress. There were two flat thin pillows. Large peeling paint spots, all over. This place needs to be torn down and put out of business. 10/2025. Motel was selected based on the price, that was a mistake. Lesson learned.

Love this Motel ! Since they've changed Owners, it has been a very great experience renting with them!! And they are updating ALL of the Motel right now and it's already turning out pretty nice! And for the $ Price it's great!! And FYI.... I have been here now for the past 2 weeks and I haven't seen a Roach or BED Bug at all !!!!

This place would’ve been awesome if I didn’t have a mushroom literally growing out of my bathroom doorframe. I mean it’s been a while since I’ve stayed there and I know that they’ve been remodeling the whole place but they also need to have the whole place tented because there were SOOO many roaches in and under my fridge that I had to take it down off of the counter and kill them all myself before actually getting comfortable.

I went to take a shower and the shower head fell off. I walked in to the motel and it smelled bad of cigarettes & I don't smoke. I hate that. Then, I asked the guy to call me a cab and he told me he couldn't do that. I have never been so rudely blown off........ I will notbe going back

The owners are beyond wonderful people. So kind and helpful and understanding. I so deeply appreciate your thoughtful nature. Thank you so much ❣️

Worst place to live the Owner of the place are very disrespectful to their customer and worst place to live I don't recommend anyone to visit and stay . Even all the rooms have rats , roaches and bed bugs inside .
