If I could give more stars I would. from the moment I walked in the door until the end of my stay, nothing but great service! starting with the front desk, to the housekeeping! everyone was so pleasant and full of energy to make my stay great!. I stayed here for Unforseen circumstances, but glad I did. Location was great as well. walking distant to everything. I felt safe walking at night, as the location was bright with lighting. they definitely made you feel welcome at this location. Ms. Tammy, Laura, the 7-3 front desk lady(sorry cant remember her name) didn't see a name tag on her. the lead housekeeper and others loved them all. Thank you for making my stay as pleasant as it was! I will be back soon!

If I could rate it with 10 stars I would! I got on Google and found this hotel and glad I did! Mrs. Tammy assisted from the time I called to the time I checked out! The rooms were clean, no smell and the staff was friendly!

I stayed here recently, and my car was broken into while parked on the property — the driver’s window was shattered. I told the front desk, and they said the manager would reach out, but no one ever did. Really disappointed by the lack of concern, I expected better communication from a Hilton hotel.

Reading some of the other reviews clearly shows that people did not care to look at the amenities online or call and ask. Breakfast was simple, cereal, milk, orange/apple juice, yogurt, bagels and fruit. The helpful staff member at the front desk at check in was very friendly and made a great first impression. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and always greeted you as you walked by. Daily housekeeping was fantastic! The pool was open and was a good way to decompress at the end of the day. The location worked well for my group because it was right in-between Houston and Galveston. I only have a couple of nitpicks that didn't have a significant impact on my stay. The lobby and room smells a little bit like there's been water problems in the past. I asked the front desk if housekeeping could replace the conditioner bottle in my room, as it was empty, I don't think it was communicated because it was never replaced. However, when I brought it to the front desks attention they quickly grabbed a fresh bottle. Overall a great stay and I would definitely come back if I ever planned another trip in this area.

We stayed for three nights and all three nights we dealt with slamming doors and vehicles starting right outside of our window. Service was good and it's in a good location. I wish I could give it a higher rating but we didn't get a lot of rest from all the noise.

great location and very clean. The lobby area provides great workspace when needed. staff is friendly and Alex at the front desk is awesome. Give Alex a raise.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were large, very clean, and safe. The area of this hotel was very safe, the parking lot was well lit. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fresh. For the price of the rooms this was a great place to stay. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked clean. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. There was phone charging outlets in the room which was an added bonus!
