Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Wichita Falls Northwest

For the record, whenever I stay at a Marriott, it’s always a Fairfield. And there’s always something big to criticize about them. Lack of maintenance, poor cleanliness, always something to nit-pick. This one though it great. Very, very modern. The hallway lights stretch from the ceiling all the way down the walls. So modern and so cool. Staff was nice, elevators felt like they belonged in a luxury hotel, hallways...I already said, super cool, room was clean, bed sheets were washed, white, and clean. You’d be surprised of how many hotels in the world don’t wash sheets between guests. It’s insane! Amenities were great. Breakfast was fantastic. I loved this place. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Would have given five stars for service BUT if you use the hotel phone and push the button for food delivery it connects you to 911. Police showed up at my room even though I had assured the operator I was fine. I know just doing their job. Was told this happens all the time by the police at this hotel. Front desk said yes it does but nothing she could do about it. Nice hotel but geez fix the phone buttons. I am sure Witcha finest has better things to do. To add to my misery no blow dryer, no shower pressure and the train whistle. In the morning I told the morning clerk about the event and she really could have cared less. The least they could do is post a note. I called several times to speak to the manager but no one answered the phone nor could I leave a message. Extremely poor customer service.

Very nice clean hotel! Room looked and smelled clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, good water pressure and ice cold A/C! The freeway noise some reviewers were complaining about was a non issue as I always sleep with a sound machine when in hotels and had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was good with lots of options for different diets. Coffee bar was excellent! Definitely recommend staying here!

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Wichita Falls Northwest during my trip from Denver to Dallas and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a restful stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to my day. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area.

The hotel is relatively new, with clean and well placed common areas, miniature pool and a grill. The service was excellent (front desk and breakfast) and rather careless (room service). I put a Do not Disturb label on my door one day, and the room was available for service all other days, but no service was done. The room was of strange design and some functions were clearly limited: - The shelf door can't be open, it bumps into a bed. - The window blind can't be lifted for more than a foot, leaving a little slot portion of the window to look out.

We also stayed at the Fairfield inn and suites in Wichita Falls Northwest. Their rooms we beautiful and staff was excellent. They offered free breakfast that was good and free coffee with flavored creamer options. Staff was also amazing! The issue with this location was there are no blackout shades or curtains in the room! They gave us masks to sleep in. My husband can not sleep in a mask so he only got approximately 3 hours of sleep. They also had ear plugs in the rooms for highway noise. The highway noise was not an issue for us it was the light shining directly in the room that was the issue! I expect higher quality from the Marriott brand since it is what we are a custom to!

Even though we arrived very late, the staff was very kind. Our room was very inviting. The beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was good. We almost missed because beds were so nice. Sausage, eggs, waffles, potatoes, muffins, fruit, juices, hot tea n chocolate.
