Me & my girlfriend have stayed here a few times when here in town visiting & have always been pleased. It's a nice place to stay, clean cozy rooms, staff is courteous & the free breakfast is pretty good. Never had a bad experience here & we will continue to stay here when in town.

Rooms were okay. They were clean, but extremely small and very outdated. When we went down for breakfast at 7:30am there was barely anything left (just bread, yogurt and cereal), and the employees were eating the food with the door open. We waited about 20 minutes for more food to be put out, as they were eating. (Not the front desk employees). I don't care that they were eating, but many of us guests had to wait around for food as they sat there and ate. Immediately after food was put out they all went around and got more food even before guests were able to get plates. Front desk gals were amazing.

For a one night stay, the place was fine. It’s definitely an old property; laminate was pulled off from the main counter/desk area, peeling caulk around bathroom fixtures. However, the things I care about were fine: clean bed, comfortable bed, clean (and updated) bathroom, clean breakfast area with the options you’d expect. The hotel is right beside a half-abandoned mall, but it was quiet and fine for the night I stayed. If you are in a room near the lobby-side, you may hear road noise.

I booked a handicap accessible room, no bathtub bench or chair, no hooks on the curtains to grab, the carpet is torn up from the divider, there's big chunks of the furniture taken out, and only two handrails in the tub none by the toilet. It took the desk lady about five times to get our room keys to work and it's her first night working by herself, none of her upper management are answering their phones she finally got a hold of somebody to get help. There's also a portrait missing from the room as shown by two holes in the wall, but was not fixed. I hope the mattresses are semi comfy to help close this day.

Our experience at Hampton Inn was wonderful. The rooms were neat and clean, and the front coffee station was always fresh and well maintained. The breakfast area stood out — sparkling clean, organized, and very welcoming. Great attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel.Amazing hospitality from the front desk staff too.

Positive: I love the location. Negative: The door was water damaged in the bathroom. It could not close. There was rust on the shower holder.

This Hampton Inn was a huge disappointment. Two stars are for the two ladies at the desk who tried to make my stay better. From the beginning, the elevator went down, the key cards did not work, the room was dingy. The veneer was peeling off the furniture with chunks missing out of it. Lampshades were beat up. The shower in the bathroom did not work properly. The sink faucet extended so far out into the basin, washing my hands was a strategic operation to keep water in the sink. The door frame was broken and warped making the door difficult to open and close. The carpet was stained and unfurling in areas, especially where the carpet meets the tile. Walls are so thin in these rooms, neighboring occupants can be heard snoring, talking, making noise and walking. It was miserable experience. Many times I came back to the hotel and found people drinking and loitering in the parking lot. The breakfast was so-so. The hot items were pre packed and warmed either in the microwave or convection oven making everything soggy, chewy and unpalatable. The "eggs" were over salted. The best part were the waffles. The seats and tables in the dining area are warped. They do have onsite washer and dryers, front loading and newer models. Three late afternoons per week, they do have complimentary adult beverages, snacks are self pay. Kool-aid, coffee , tea, hot chocolate and cookies are available daily. The staff does try, but overall, this hotel is dingy, noisy and poorly maintained.
