Home2 Suites by Hilton Wichita Falls

My husband and I stayed here just one night on our drive from Chicago to San Diego. This is one of our favorite hotels on our trip, which we make (to and from) every year. The room is spacious and always clean. The premises are in good repair, breakfast is good: ham and eggs (or sometimes sausage or bacon), biscuits and gravy, bagels, etc. the staff is friendly and helpful. It shares a parking lot with two other Hilton properties.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are clean and smell clean, no stains on the beds or towels. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was surprised by the breakfast! They had so many options and everything tasted so good! I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Every single staff member we interacted with was happy and helpful with us and others we observed. The room was what you would expect as far as size goes and also clean and well set up. The room darkening blinds worked very well! The lobby is spacious and feels like there are lots of places to sit and feel like you have privacy. They have a pool table and games for people to play. The breakfast selection was vast and well prepared. This was a very good stop for us- it almost made me want to stay longer! We will stop here again.

Love it here. Rooms are clean and seem to be kept in good condition, breakfast is good. Good amenities, and staff are kind and helpful. Would love to stay again.

The woman working the night shift at the front desk was so so nice. Our kiddos were grouchy from a long drive but she offered them a box of toys and fidgets to choose from which was super kind. Check in was easy, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Pool was open and not even crowded. Breakfast was amazing.

Came for a long weekend to visit someone at Sheppard AFB. The rooms look clean at first, but once you start settling in, you start noticing things. My daughter had a separate room and had to ask for new bedding as hers had a pretty bad smell. My shower doors would not stay closed. Someone had shoved paper towels in the bottom of the doors to try to keep them closed, but it didn't work, they slid open constantly which was annoying. My bedding was clean, but not the mattress cover (I always check for bed bugs at hotels). It had hair and other nasty spots on it). Pool was nice and breakfast wasn't bad. They had good options. If taking suggestions- Housekeeping should be more thorough.

As a quick one night stopover this was a good choice. The Front Desk was friendly and check in was efficient, the room clean and comfortable. The shower water was hot and they had good shower heads. Breakfast has pancakes and waffles. My only complaint is that parking near the entrance fills up fast so it was a bit of a walk to get everything up to the room. Note this building is both a Tru and a Home2Suites so don't let that confuse you trying to find it.
